Absolutely you, or anyone should!

The higher rank you achieve, the more commissions you will earn, you will have more credibility when you do begin to develop a team, and you will earn more commissions.

SFI will also reward with with more co-sponsored affiliates (CSA's), which will all be a part of your team.

Hi waleed,

Upon attaining EA status i think you
should start to set your mind to go for
Team Leader rank. Once you are EA you
already have a team for 2CSA you gained
from being an EA.Then after a month you
maintained your EA status you will be
EA2 additional 2CSA a total of 4
downline you have. If your first 2CSA
duplicate the status you have that's a
signed your work is paying off and your
tracking the BTL and higher rank.Lastly

No, don't become a Team Leader without having a team. Can a man be called a family man without getting married or having children ? First learn all about SFI and recruit PSAs and CSAs and become a good sponsor. Go to auction and win 15 PSAs or win 50 CSAs. Train them. It is difficult to make these people work under you. At least one or two may follow you, others will soon become inactive. You can go for S-Builder and they will send you 5 PSAs in 45 days. If you are lucky the PSAs will work under

YES! YES! YES!

Being a Team Leader is not just about position, or Rank, it is about Attitude, and goals. Team Leadership is about being an example, in place, so that as your Team arrives they are not following someone that is struggling as they are, but instead, someone that they can look to with confidence and say, I want to be like him/her!

Don't take food off the table, but if you can swing it financially, it is ALWAYS better to Aim high!

My opinion I would say yes. The reason is quite simple, by becoming a Team Leader you get CSAs thus a start of a team, some might be active already. You can then start sending them support, which is good pratice before you you start recieving PSAs. If you don't have answers for your downline, I am sure you can find them easy enough.

Hi Waleed,

My response : YES, this should be your Goal in SFI. Even if you don't have a team yet you can certainly set Team Leader as your Goal - there are ways to generate a team as soon as you start out in SFI.

1. Getting your friends/family to join
2. Advertising or sponsoring team members through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Buying PSA's to Go
4. S-Builder
The list continues....

Therefore you should definitely strive for Team Leader.

Well, sometimes it happens. I also happened to be a too soon, without even thinking about it at all. With that, then you have to deal with. The point is that you can work well for some of their PSA and CSA, but basically do not have enough knowledge and I was afraid of that, and stress. I spoiled something his poor knowledge .... Moreover, my one sponsor is not heard from him at all, so I had to look at all the answers at the forum and in particular lessons. He ran away because time Fast Track atd.No,

Depends on you really, If you want to make the financial investment needed to attain a TL rank on a monthly basis then that is you choice to make, you need to weigh the benefits against the risk. Also if you do want to do this I would make sure I had at least something on SO to get me PSA's every month so that I could begin building an effective team that would later allow me to get to TL ranks without having to spend as much money.

In my humble opinion...NO! don't do that ...sure go EA then take the time to first understand and learn verbatim the answers to every question other will ask you about SFI and if some one joins you before you learn that tell them the truth and link them with your sponsor.

I say that because I became Bronze and team leader within the first two weeks of joining SFI.

If I was able to start this over knowing what I know now I would do things differently and highly recommend that
