The biggest problem is not the admission of new members, but their inaction.
Members who are active in the beginning, and then fold are also a big problem for sponsors. These members want to work, but did not recognize the potential of our business. They need to better explain the advantages of our business. They should not be lightly let it disappear, you need to communicate with them, to establish personal contact.
It is not enough to send a group mail once a week. Establish personal

Good question Michelle,

Cases like this, you need to find out.

1. What was the reason initally for the person joining SFI?
2. Is the individual doing SFI on a part time or full time basis?
3. Does the PSA have an active PSA?
4. Does he or she have a supportive Sponsor/co sponsor?
5. Is the person financially independent?

These are the questions that needs to be addressed before further action.
To assist such PSA,

1. One should

This question is a very good one.We all have that problem. Gery has now added another tool to help us out. We can set up to give 1-9 T credits to each new affiliate. They must use them or they
go back to me 24 hrs. later.

If a EA or EA2 quits flat, I figure he may have other problems.Maybe his computer went out.
Could be a family emergency or having second thoughts.

At this point,I send a Here to Help e-card.I suggest he just to the To Do List for now.

Hello, this is a concern for many network marketers and it shouldn't be.

People will come and people will go, just like any business - I would focus on those that are motivated and willing to learn and grow. As Gery says, "Work with the workers..."

SFI sends plenty of follow up emails for you to those that aren't active. The inactives will also continue to get your weekly email and perhaps at some point, they will jump back in. They can come back at anytime and

Hi

Well firstly I recommend contacting them to understand why, it could be for personal reasons or they might be having a few difficulties understanding how SFI really works.

Some actually believe that it is one of those get rich quick businesses, so first understand their reason if possible then it will become easier solving the problem.

And remember to :
1) contact your active PSA's weekly or daily so that they don't feel abandoned.
2) Create contests

First, be a friend. Do not be threatening or critical. Assume the worst: A serious accident or injury? A sudden illness? Your message should tell them that SFI - and you - will be there to help whenever they wish.

When they do return let them know how pleased you are to see them again and thank them for being on your team. Offer them the opportunity to use a simple ad which you have designed and show them how you plan to position the ad for best effect.

When they show signs

Hi Michelle
This is what we all experience from time to time. The only thing that you need to do is don't give up. Tell them how you've started the business. Give them some facts of what you have done so far in SFI that keeps you going in SFI. Tell them the importance of working as a team. If one affiliate is not part of the team then that affiliate will lose out of all the benefits bound to it. Also tell them that after all your support and guidance they still feel that they can't proceed then

Usually this is the model of email I write them:

Hi,
contrary to what you believe, the success in SFI is to do less and not more. Many times the question I ask all is always the same: "What is your business model?"

99 out of 100 are not able to respond.

I personally met many experts who know more than me, I had the honor to shake his hand and I looked carefully how they operate their business. But I guarantee that if you ask all of them:

"What

Those that start fast and all of a sudden become inactive are usually those that thought the commissions would be higher at the start.

It's clear that people who maintain focus on long-term goals can achieve much bigger things than those who jump from idea to idea, or those who give up after the slightest setback.

Send an E-Card talking about the value of setting long-term goals and the rewards that come with such goals. Add a link to LaunchPad #11.

Hi Mischelle,
We can broadly classify the sponsored affiliates into three categories as shown below
i). Those who signed in initially but did not log in after a couple of days. This type will contribute to approximately 90- 98% of affiliates.
ii)Those who had started well with a bang but quit suddenly and become completely inactive will be around 1 to 10% of our affiliates.
iii) Those who are active from the beginning until they become successful - This is about 1-5% only-
