Hi

I have found and believe in most cases that something have triggered it. It might be a family member or friend telling them its a lot of nonsense or it might be something negative he read somewhere about SFI or he/she might feel his business are not growing fast enough.

My advise is to contact such an PSA immediately as soon as you see a dip in his activity. DON'T leave it there and hope he will come to his/her senses in a months time or what. You are going to loose him/her.

There are a few of them in my genealogy that either they were about to reach EA in the first month or those who have become EAs but back to affiliates for being unable to maintain 1500 vps in the month. For some reasons or another, they remain inactive until they are being terminated.

First, we need to identify their problems why they stop.

High expectation to earn fast income
SFI is not a get rich quick scheme. They need to go through the process of earning through sales

Hello,thank you for your question.

One of the most important skills in our job is communication. It is very important because good communication equals good team.

Everyone who become inactive does that because of the following reasons:
- misconseptions about online businesses
- distrust towards companies who offer online jobs because of previous bad experience
- lack of faith that there is money on the Internet and that ordinary people can earn that money

This is unfortunately the truth with a large number of new PSAs who become inactive in the first few days. I think the problem lies in erroneously believing that if you generate a lot of versa points quickly you will realise your earnings or expectations. As a result some of them set out doing just that and when they see that it is not happening, they are greatly disappointed and presumably just move on searching other adverts..

The first impression is very important for it maybe the basis

There is a considerable amount of debate about active PSAs vs inactive ones and what is the probability that the PSA I will join will be in the business long term.

In my time with SFI - which is now coming close to my 2nd year, I have had the following experiences with PSAs. Although I do not have statistics to confirm my conclusion that : you can never be sure who will stay with you long term or who will not. This is a reality we have to accept and move on.

You will therefore

When new affiliates joined my team, I’m very much excited. I send them my welcome message right away. I get my new PSAs through my website/blog. S-Builder Co-op and through purchase from ECAs.

I have been in that situation, where some of my PSAs were very much active in their first month then gradually slow down becoming less active. Some of them have maintained their EA status every month and moved up to TL rank. I have experienced from this group of most active affiliates after attaining

Hi,
I think many of us have experienced having a PSA who started great then suddenly become inactive.
Since, we had communication with them in the past, we can ask them in a friendly manner, the reason of his/her inactivity. As we don't know what is going on in their private life, let them know you missed working with him/her as a team.
If he/she reply you, that's good you will know the real reason.
If No reply, then you can still send them your weekly newsletter. But

1st and foremost here are two rules that should govern every SERIOUS sfi affiliate:-

1) Never drop a WINNING FORMULA
2) Never change a winning team

That said, if the above 2 rules are actively operating in your sfi business, then in the unfortunate event that an active affiliate stops being active....establish the lawful communication sfi methods between you and this affiliate and :-

a) Find out the underlying reason(s) as to why the active affiliate is

It is usually very difficult to find out why a PSA starts off great and then suddenly becomes completely inactive. The only way we kind find out is if they actually respond to a message we send to them. We could more easily help them if we knew why they became inactive.

So twice a month I go to my Genealogy and filter on the PSAs that have earned over 1000 VP but have not logged in during the past two weeks. I send them a team mail letting them know I noticed that they had not logged in
