Using stream sending message, the message should be well structured in the sense that it will capture the attention of the reader. Stream message improve the relationship between co.sponsor and Affiliates.
The stream message should be send at list twice every week to all active Affiliates indicating important event ahead, and how to carry out daily action.
More importantly co.sponsor should not abuse the medium sending to much message without making any sense, Affiliate will be tired of reading them from co.sponsor. But when the message carried important event that will help them solving an ordeal.

Stream post in a business is very important. Why I like steam post its because its has a tremendous way of communicating quickly with your downliners especially if they do not regularly check their mails.
Also with stream post, you can share ideas in a fashionable manner that its quite Kept Short and Simple. which makes it interesting for any affiliate ro read.
Also, its used to reiterate some salient points that were addressed or sent in the team mail that hasnt been read by the affiliate. Remember that they usually log on and view steam tabs on a daily basis because of the daily versa points and weekly points received from viewing amd sending stream posts.
In terms of how regular, you can send stream post to your team a minimum of 3 stream post per week.

I post to Stream every second or third day. I think you need to say something positive. Don’t just use Stream to congratulate people for winning the Daily Grand……there are eCards for that purpose.
It is fairly easy to say something positive in a few words. Just pick one section of SFI or TripleClicks and get composing. First work out what you want to say – don’t worry about the amount of words at this stage, just work out your message. Then, without losing the gist of the message, delete a word here and there until it fits into the 340 word stream allowance. Your team will be appreciative for your help, which in turn, also helps you.
You can always elaborate on your Stream post by building on it on your website or in your Newsletters.

The Stream is a somewhat useful tool to disseminate information--it's great for important daily news (for example, telling them when you're going on vacation or that you're running a specific incentive) or for giving quick tips on how to boost their SFI business in one way or another. I generally try to have something worth saying, rather than just an inspirational quote, at least three times a week. To me, it's important to have actual information because otherwise, there is no actual reason for them to *read* it, and if they stop reading their Stream, it becomes useless as a tool.

As far as how often, we have the opportunity to gain 3 VP's for submitting 3 posts every week. However, I would say to not stop there. If you have the need to post helpful information, giving your team members congratulating messages, then do so.
We need to remember, if we want to be successful; we need to coach our team to be successful as well. The Stream is another SFI tool to help us in doing this.

You can also share a few words of encouragement or give your team a pep talk to stir some positive emotions. Some people can pick up on a vibe, and if you give off a feeling of wanting to succeed, then your team will catch on and follow suit.

I try to put encouraging messages in my Stream posts, and post them to all my C/PSAs at least 3 times a week, often more.
I make suggestions - good questions on askSC this week, try to rate all 30 daily; Forum always has good information available; I won Daily Grand, hooray!!; remind them to do their daily clearing...
Whatever has rung a bell in my mind that day, I try to put into the Stream as a "food for thought" item.

So we must write something here on daily basis to connect with other affiliates and sponsor and make them sure that I am active member on SFI and really want to do serious business where stream is really helpful tool .
We must remind daily, weekly, monthly action points to other affiliates and help them to get in touch with SFI on daily basis. Also we can motivate and inspire to our downline with some inspirational quotes and motivational quotes to move our downline. Steam is the place where we can use it on regular basis once or twice in a week . If we use daily it will be more effective but it depends on our free time to use it.
