First of all they must understand the value and the role of VP in our SFI business.

1. VP have cash equivalent in the Executive Pool the more VP we have the more earning.

2. VP are needed for us to get our rank. The higher rank we have the more perks we get and the more VP we earn especially if our downlines have also earn their ranks. We need ranks for us to harvest the matching VP which is same as what our qualified downlines earned.

The VP needed for us to achieve our ranks compose of two types. We can not achieve the rank if we lack one of those kinds.

1. Acton VP from what we do daily

2. Sales VP from what we purchased.

Sales VP are easy to have if we have money but action VP is difficult to gather if we do not grab the daily action VP. It's expensive if we use money to earn them because we need to buy TC first and use those TC in Pricebender or in Eager Zebra games to earn Action VP.

The conversion of our money to sales VP is big, but the money conversion to action VP is very small. One TC earns only one action VP.

Example if we buy 125TC pack, it gives us 1,500 sales VP but it only gives us 125 Action VP. We know that TC are expensive. This is the reason why we need to Grab every free action VP available to us daily.

When each VP you accumulate has a value in terms of money, its importance is obvious. Still to some it may appear to be a monotonous job and subsequently may not interest them. Here you need to make them realize how important each VP is? More VP they get through their actions, their share in Executive pool is higher. It increases further with more affiliates maintaining EA2 rank for themselves in their team. That is through matching VP they receive for each of your EA2 and above rank they maintain.

This can be emphasized by showing them your success. Lead by example and show them your achievements through badges, stream posts, and team mails, providing tips to replicate your success and sharing valuable strategies to build their team.

This should in fact provide them with due encouragement to collect VP on daily basis and moreover they come for free with just investing your time. Further to this SFI has built so many other means to increase your income from various sources you can participate in.

Show them how you have acquired PSA’s; CSA’s; T Credits by being on Tripleclicks. Show them the way to participate in auctions and win various items at unbelievable prices and play games to keep themselves relaxed. In the process they would gain VP that means more money.

Make them aware of member listing and how to gain money by selling the unwanted item but also gain VP to increase their commissions.

I think you need explain to your team that the SFI Affiliate Center is like showing up at their "virtual office" and doing their daily tasks for the day – every day. It will get them into the habit of taking care of business, especially if they're still in an "employee" mindset.

The Affiliate Center is key to the success in building and growing this business. The more often you log in and do the tasks, the more you'll learn and grow. Just like with any other business or "job," you need to be there and take care of what needs to be done.

That's how I look at it. And that's how I explain it to my team too.

I go to my "office" and do what needs to be done, and I get "paid" with VPs, which converts into cash in my account.

Yes, there are some members who are at higher levels who don't log in every day, but I think of them more or less as absentee business owners. They've reached their qualification levels by starting out logging in every day and earning their points – taking care of business – and growing their teams to do the same.

Once they've built a solid team, they don't have to log in every day in order to earn their qualifying points.

But every new member needs to be "at the office" every day until their members are able to stand on their own and do what needs to be done.

The purpose of collecting daily action VPs is twofold.

1. Every VP counts towards achieving your rank, EA being the most important rank to achieve and maintain monthly, as this unlocks your higher earning power.

As your team grows, it is important to reach a TL rank so you can unlock Matching VPs from at least 6 levels of your downline, and earn shares of Second Home CSAs. This is where Action VPs become crucial. EA could be achieved by collecting only Sales VPs but TL ranks cannot be bought, they cannot be reached without a quota of AVPs.

Every VP counts! I have seen posts in the forum where people have been only just short of a few AVP to achieve a TL rank. What if you had missed those few by not completing your daily tasks?

2. Most importantly, completing daily actions means you are taking ACTION in building your business.

Every action VP means you have completed a task that will help you move your business forward, whether it is reading the useful information on the TIPS tab or setting targets on your GOALS tab and checking daily how you are progressing towards achieving them.

Reading the ECA tab will help you connect with ECAs of value and show you how to promote their products.

Completing the EZ and PB tabs will help you promote the games and auctions. Not only do the tabs give you all the information you need to promote them, by participating in them yourself you are gaining experience and can show enthusiasm for them.

The FORUM and ASK SC tabs are extremely important. These places are where you will 'grow your income by growing your knowledge', keep up-to-date with developments and learn from more experienced affiliates.

The MOVERS tab helps you track the activity of your team, and provide leadership to your active team members.

All of the daily actions have been specifically designed by SFI to add value to your business by encouraging you to participate fully and drive you forward.

While the 1VP for each daily action may seem like a drop on the surface of the ocean, many drops fill the ocean!

The daily actions account for up to 420VP each month, and when added to your weekly and monthly actions, and your promotional and team-building activities, are a big help towards your rank!

We can never make people do what they are not willing to do. We can however show the value to them. May I suggest the following illustration:

Daily action is important because missed opportunities to earn daily VP can be costly. Let's say that you are working toward EA. You feel you have a good handle on it, so you don't log in for 10 days throughout the month. So you missed the opportunity to grab 130 VP. Then on the end of the month you wind up with 1450 VP. Will you make EA? No! To add insult to injury you only missed it by 50 VP.

Team leaders get matching VP. So let's say you are EA trying to qualify as BTL. Upon examination of your genealogy, you find you have 10 EA2s in your first 6 generations for a combined total of 15000 VP. That's in addition to the VP that you've accrued throughout the month. You feel you got a handle on the situation and at the end of the month 2974 VP. Your child got sick so you missed 2 days logging in. That's 26 VP that you could have collected for FREE! So now, not only do you not make BTL but you lose 15000 matching shares - ouch!

So what's the point? Log in everyday and earn those FREE VP because each month 1000s find themselves in the pickle of missing their objective by just a few VP.

1. Earning VPs from the” daily to do list “is very essential for making your SFI business grow.
As a matter of fact Versa Point is the “bread & butter” of SFI business. It’s the crux of this business. The members are paid according to the amount of versa points they earn every month which are included in the share of the total of the monthly executive pool. Based on the total sum of the daily action (AVPs) plus sales versa points(SVPs) during a specific month, we receive our commission on the 10th of the next month in dollars as per our share in the executive pool.
Therefore the importance of grabbing the Daily Action VPs to the affiliates cannot be over-emphasized. The earning of the versa points is a motivation that ensures all the affiliates d go through the red tabs and perform the stipulated actions daily on a regular basis.. Once accomplished, a click on the blue bar tagged “I have reviewed the information on this page” earns the affiliate 1VP each, for visiting the following tabs:-
Alerts, To Do, Tips, Stream, TripleClicks, ECA, EA(Eager Zebra), PB(Pricebenders Auction), Scoreboard, Movers, Growth, Goals, Ask SC and Forum.
2. Your daily actions are identified along the green bar (tabs) in the Affiliate Center which sum up to 14 AVPs which includes the review of Triple-clicks products. If you log in daily and complete the daily tasks, you can earn 14*30= 420 AVPs per month which will be added to the total VPs for that month. You also have the monthly AVPs for 10 +5=15 AVPs and the weekly points (30+5 +3=38AVPs)
In total you earn 420 + 15 +152(38*4) =587AVPs for a 30 day month. This contributes to 38 % of 1500 VPs required to maintain your EA rank. So why waste these free points by not logging in daily and then spend extra money to buy T-credits to earn AVPs to compensate for the loss? You should,therefore lay emphasis on cost saving in order to maximize our profits!
3. In addition to the Daily actions VPs, you can earn additional versa points from PB auctions and playing Eager Zzebra games using T-credits.
4. By logging daily, you continue updating your knowledge about SFI, apart from earning these VPs. It’s a ‘win-win’ situation for all f us.
5. The other benefits from earning the daily VPs are

This is an easy one. Attending to your daily tasks and earning versa points (VP) is a very important part of building your business. Even though you should not focus entirely in this area, you should most definitely give it your daily attention.

When you earn VP, it contributes to your share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool as long as you have at least 1500 VP for the current month.

For every VP you earn, you receive one share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool which then forms part of your income. So you can see that the more VP you earn, the greater your share in the pool.

Shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool are also earned for you by your team. For each team member in your downline who is EA2 and above, you will earn matching VP and thus more shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

This is of course, only one way to gain your monthly earnings, there are many other ways in which SFI have provided for us to earn our income. You can choose one way and concentrate on that or you can choose many ways and use them all for a significant income boost.

Explain the risk they take, by NOT gathering them, of missing out on reaching or maintaining the rank they want, whether it be EA2 or all the way to Diamond Team Leader!! Many times in the Forum have come desperate queries from affiliates who are so very close to their goal, but cannot reach it because they have missed collecting some of those free, easily attainable daily AVPs!!

The other major reason for collecting those daily VPs is the free knowledge available on many of the tabs. Forum always has interesting problems and solutions. Some are pure training, from a different perspective.

Rating 10 AskSC answers gains 1AVP, the extra 20 will gain them an extra entry in the Daily Grand Drawing for prizes from TCs, Mrps to AVPs, and Lifetime Prestige Domains!! Also, even though sometimes it is tedious, reading all those answers to the same question gives you a wide variety of perspectives, and sometimes an "ah-HA!" light will come on:))

Tips tab also can have some very good advice.
