Hello Ovidio, getting your affiliates to understand the amazing opportunities offered by SFI is
through your regular communication, follow-up on their activities and teaching/training. This requires a lot of effort from you. Let me break it down for you:
A. REGULAR COMMUNICATION
1. Always share new ideas and opportunities with your team members through periodic emails.
2. Use web address link in your communication with them always to let them know where to get what can help them e.g http://www.sfimg.com/FT
3. Use your leadership page to point them to new things just added to SFI that can help them access the opportunities.
4. When you chat with your team members, discuss the opportunities you discovered and your strategies to get them produce for you.
5. Use the genealogy mailer constantly to inform them of new updates beneficial to them.
6. Give a thumb up to any of them that access and share new idea gained from opportunities discovered.
7. Make it more specific sometime, use your movers tab to address active team members who are likely to bring the benefits.
8. Keep encouraging them via any means available to you e.g. handphone no.; email, facebook, twitter etc.
B. FOLLOW-UP ON THEIR ACTIVITIES
Monitor the activities of your affiliates from time-to-time to know where they need help.
You can follow up on their activities using the genealogy tool and strategizing with the
same tool to bring the best out of your affiliates. You can do both by following these steps:
1. Create any view of reports you want to see on your affiliates:
a. Use the Sort tool to select specific category of your affiliates:
- Arrange them based on current month VersaPoint; date joined SFI;last login; Keycode; SFI ID etc;
b. Use the Filter tool to get specific range of results:
- Example how many affiliates whose power rank 'equals to', 'less than', or 'greater than' 10.
- Determine country rank, class rank, city etc of a range of affiliates;
- Evaluate your business success e.g how many affiliates are new TLs, new EAs etc. in the current month;
2. Use the email/team mail tool to send email/team mails to all affiliates in your team.
3. Contact your uplines for assistance if certain things are not clear to you also; this wil help you impact on them well.
4. Use the language tab to identify the language of any of your affiliates, and reassigned them to leaders in the same country.
5. Use the Communication tab to get the email address and contact number of your fully registered affiliates.
6. Use the Geographic tab to find out the city and country of your affiliates and re-arrange them based on language coherence.
7. Use the Gift certificate tab to purchase gift certificate for your valuable affiliates.
8. Use the S-Builder tab to track the most recent S-Builder participation by your affiliates.
9. Use the Reassign tab to help you re-assign active affiliates for maximum productivity.
10. Use the online tool to find out which affiliate is online, so you can chat with them.
11. Use the pencil tool to drop important notes for your affiliates.
C. TEACH THEM THE RUDIMENT OF SUCCESS USING THE GENEALOGY TOOL:
1. How to reassign consistent and always active PSAs to help build their team.
2. How to check the number of EA PSAs they have before reassignment, if few they should consider not to reassign.
3. Since an affiliate can be reassigned only once, they should be convinced of their action; so they don't lose their benefits.
4. How to use the WIN-WIN approach; For every affiliate sponsored by their team members per month, It should be matched.
5. Another strategy they can use is to use the reassignment tool as an incentive for their PSAs to achieve success.
6. How to organize Team Leaders and put EAs under them. Develop Team Leaders who will be making profit, and therefore tend to remain active.
7. How to use compensation plan to motivate their PSAs. If they sponsor their first affiliate you reward them with two extra for example.
8. How to reward every milestone achieved by their PSAs. e.g become Team Leader, and get two PSAs FREE etc.
