If you are new to SFI. I suggest to all my team to say view my sponsors badges.
I am a platinum team leader. So my members have a goal they can achieve.

I also suggest for every one to spend time daily at the SFI forum.

Tell them a story they can relate to, usually your own.

Tell them why you decided to start a home business.

Getting Affiliates in our team to understand the amazing opportunity in SFI is an all important task. I usually start with ways to earn in SFI. After all it is the reason why majority are joining online opportunities like SFI. I tell them, Here are the ways to earn from SFI:

1. You earn commission if you sell any of the products or services sold at SFI's online store "the TrippleClicks. There are three types of Customers where you can sell the products.

a. To people who are not member of SFI's affiliate program - You will get 45% of the profit (Commission Value or CV) as commission. The person who bought is called your PRM (Personally Recruited Member of TripleClicks). You employ active selling to this people.

b. To people that you Personally Sponsored to join the Affiliate program of SFI, they are called your PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliates). - You will get 45% of CV from their purchases. You don't have to sell to these people because they will buy on their own. This is the magic of SFI program.

This is an awesome topic and one that most people fail with. If you want an active PSA or even CSA it starts from the beginning. They have to have that belief or they will not last.

So how do you get them to understand or believe?

Two BIG words: WHY and HOW (in that order!!!)

You see you could explain all the amazing things about SFI, the tools, the different ways to make money, the products on TripleClicks, the Pricebenders auctions, everything, BUT, that may not be what interest them. FIND THEIR WHY.

1) WHY did they join to start? Is it money? Is it to quit the job they hate? Is it to buy something they can't afford any other way? Maybe it is to have more time to do other things they enjoy. You get the picture. Find their why and you have found their hot spot. Then and ONLY then can you move to the HOW.

2) HOW are they going to get their WHY? SFI is HOW. You job now is to show them how SFI can help them achieve their why. Now is the time you share the technical side of the business and show them how to get to work.

REMEMBER......... Nobody is really here for the money. Yes that is right, the money is not why you are here either.

What you are here for is:
To quit your job
To stop having to work all that overtime
To find time to share with family
