You have 5 points available to use. Your rating will be biased, because it is YOUR opinion of the sponsor. My suggestion is:

1 - Never hear from sponsor, doesn't respond to questions, is basically inactive.
2 - Get occasional canned emails, does not answer questions, is mostly inactive and doesn't seem to care.
3 - Repeat emails, not pertinent topics, answers questions, active, but not caring.
4 - Good relevant emails that are pertinent, gives great answers to questions,

Support. Ask yourself how much support has he given you. By this, I mean how has he helped you this month? Have you been in a situation you needed him? How did he assist? Does he occasionally check up on you when he's not trying to score points? How accessible is he? Is he one of those whose whatsapp, bbm, Facebook, email address and even telephone numbers you have? Or is he like o said before unavailable to assist. Is he prompt with responses? Does he encourage you? Does he always check in on SFI?

If your Sponsor sends you Team Mail give him or her at least three stars.

If they do this and send E-Cards when you accomplish something or need a tip, you can give them a higher rating.

If they do both and answer your questions when you contact them, you can give them five stars.

If you've never received anything from them, even if you've tried to contact them, give them one star, because without them, you might not be here.

The yardstick, that one can use in the determination of the value of a sponsor's contribution to ones success is 'how close, availability; when needed and effective supervision -on the part of a sponsor.
Where a sponsor becomes so close; just like a parent, as he/she is supposed to be, one can have an arm to lean on safely. Where, an affiliate is in need of help and the sponsor is absent but another(parent) from outside comes in handy with help, the actual parent- sponsor falls off and such

Hello, interesting question. In my opinion the yardsticks are:

1. Regular Communication - Sending inspiring, encouraging or sharing experience team mails
2. Support - if you ask question, the sponsor should give the most proper answer or suggestion
3 Recognition - if you become EA2, sponsor should recognize you and if there is you're new affiliate, to welcome you
4. Regular posts on Leader page - this shows presence
5. Treat you equally and with respect - you're special

I personally think that the general should be well evaluated if the sponsor –

1 His message of welcome is well set and gives instructions for the first steps in the SFI.
2.Contact you via chat.
3.Helps you to start easier.
4.It helps you to master the material.
5.Instructions in your essence of our business.
6.Constantly in touch with you.
These are for me the most important factors for a good sponsor.

SFI is a team work business, so feedback is important! It is expressed in the evaluation of affiliates for their sponsor / co-sponsor. You have to remember that it is not formal - not enough to give only numerical score.Always good with 2-3 sentences to justify its assessment in the field below! You can express your approval or make a suggestion. If you are not happy with some express your opinion - it will be respected ! But you must not forget that they work for themselves and not just

"What yardstick should I use to give an

Here it actually depends on Communication, we all know that if we have a good sponsor, He or she is willing to give us all his/her time to communicate with us

Like when I joined SFI, my sponsor did all she could to make me succed in SFI and My Co sponsor didnt contact me at all, when it comes to next month to rate our sponsors and Co sponsor..... I rated my Sponsor

Hi Olusola!
To give an unbiased and appropriate rating of your Sponsor each month you must give an unbiased and appropriate rating of your Sponsor each month. To do that you must be fair and tell the truth. Nothing more and/or nothing less. Your rating helps SFI to know how your Sponsor is and how to reward him/her.

If your rating is wrong, unfair or in favor of your Sponsor, you are making SFI to be bad place. Give your rating according to yourself by telling the truth, nothing but

For me the answer to this question is easy because I have an
Awesome sponsor! He has been there since day one and if I have
a problem or simply need a bit of encouragement, all that I need to
do is let him know. He NEVER makes me feel stupid if it takes me
awhile to understand something new and all questions are welcome.
He is willing to offer constructive criticism to help me improve without
discouraging me. I hope that I am as good a sponsor to my team
