How do we solve a 100 piece puzzle. Don't we take one piece at a time and put them all together to complete the 100 piece puzzle and look at the FULL picture to what we have accomplished? So that is exactly with SFI. SFI in a whole is already a completed successful business and we as the workers, working on our goals to build a successful business. We have to fill the blanks of taking it step by step, one at a time to build this SFI business of ours. One day you can say that I have build this Umpire with my own two hands and of experience I can't say that I'm proud to what I've accomplished. That is why, 1VP is required to make an Umpire in his completeness.
I hope this is of good help to you.

You could try to explain that the accumulation of VP is a consistent process which will result in great outcomes later. Most jobs or work in life demand hard work and commitment. Remember the saying "Success is 1% intelligence and 99% perspiration". Also, you can work out how the daily calculations add up to the total on a monthly basis and how this links to an affiliate's rank and promotion and commission.
Usually these folks are not serious about their business.I would go through
their V.P.Ledger and make some notes of things they need to do.
Then send a nice" Here to Help" e- card.We have some new ones that are very nice.
Also sneak in a word or two of the importance of the To Do List in a team mailing or
Stream post.
The daily actions are very crucial in building your SFI business. For instance you should let your team know that collecting those one VersaPoint actions will help them in ways as follows:
* They will qualify them for the Daily Grand Drawing
* They will determine there rank in the E365 challenge
* Will determine their rank on VP leaders board
* and there titles in SFI
I typically ask,"Are you making your monthly VP goals?" If an affiliate has a 1500VP standing order and just wants to take it easy, forgoing extra Daily Grand drawings, that's completely up to him or her. For that matter, if they're getting enough VP in from their various other actions and sales, fantastic. There's only a problem when an affiliate can't reach Executive Affiliate (or what ever other rank he or she is seeking).. After all, if it's a difference between 1500VP during a month and !501VP during the month, it doesn't bear worrying.

Well, if he/she thinks this way, I will ask just two things "Then what are you doing in SFI? Is this a business for you or just killing time stuff?" 1 VP of day is vital for commissions in SFI. Every day there are 15 VP of daily actions and those points change into money which go to the pocket. If someone thinks that 1 VP is waste of time, that means for him/her SFI is a waste of time. The hardest work in SFI is to earn 3000 VP for BTL. EA2 status is just the first step toward success. 1 VP is the essence to become EA.

Definitely not a waste of my time, every single thing is as important as the other, big or small. In a business everything counts and besides I am not just clicking for points but those tabs warm me up before I do some major activities. These tabs keep me updated and tell me what I missed to do in a given business day.
You tell them that building a business is like building a house:one brick at the time and it takes many bricks to complete the house as it takes many VP points to reach different levels.
It also takes discipline and persistence no matter what the weather or the obstacles are.
Many people are used to instant results and have no patience I think as a sponsor you need to be very patient and persistent and be an example to follow by your affiliates.
Question:
"What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?"
Hi Ovidio,
The best way to approach this matter is to try to remind the affilate that all the actions they take daily is like getting cash, - a bit like a coupon code-, because after gaining EA status the affilate is basically building their share of the executive poll. which all adds up in the end.
An Affiliate who thinks that way has not seen the business in a good way. I would say that nothing is a waste of time in doing daily Tasks as much as others spend endless times browsing in any social media interactions. Only a few would see our business as a serious one , one-step at the time and need not to promise a bigger amount of money that others blindly expects. Our business will teach you only if you take time a minute or two to read completely. Then Duplication is the key ingredient.
