Everyone keeps answering based on the comfort zone, but not on the end of learning to conduct an international business so please read what I have to say on this as someone who has done business online and globally for over a decade.

In many ways having separate language forums hurts your PSA who speaks little English.

Experts agree that to learn a language to the point of being conversational in it you need to submerge yourself in the language. You need to use it daily and naturally until it becomes as familiar as your own. When you break off into a native language forum and only frequent sites in your own tongue the progress learning English is slowed or stopped.

Once that happens your global business becomes a local or regional business where only people who speak your native language can join your team. That's real bad for people in small countries with a very low population.

A committee of people has been selected to vote for the most helpful and well informed people posting to the forums to help new members know who to trust in a case where two members are giving them a completely different answer to the same problem. These Experts have spent years learning online marketing and specifically the SFI Program and their advice can save your team thousands of dollars and thousands of hours of misspent labor, but since they tend to hang out more in the main forum and aren't necessarily versed in more than one language your Country or Region may not have a Forum Guru available that speaks in your native tongue.

There are cases it helps though, so I am not opposed to having this change in any way.

It helps when people have no English Language skills and can find someone more knowledgeable in English to study their training materials with. Google Translate tries but can not translate all words and expressions. It also can help by allowing common tips and information to be written in a native language for future reference but I am afraid if the same trend of the forum being 90% questions and 10% training post continues in these forums as well those truly life changing post might be lost on the masses with only a few knowing their locations or existence.

The ultimate goal though is for us all to become better at communicating outside our comfort zone.

I myself am trying to learn more Spanish as time permits and once I do that I am thinking of learning one of the Russian languages, Italian, Chinese, or Japanese. I can use Spanish pretty readily here in Arizona so it should be easiest to learn with our largely Mexican population. Being bi-lingual here would explode my local recruiting efforts.

Being bi-lingual at a minimum opens my business to many more markets and makes it easier to recruit global ECA and Personally Referred Members. My eye is on getting as many of the 2 billion online shoppers world wide tto join TripleClicks as possible because finding PSA is so much easier when people know you make a lot of money doing it.

1. People who are not comfortable in English, will find this a gift to better understand what is discussed and they can utilize the knowledge to improve the business. English won't be a barrier now.

2. Language is to share and understand. To reach. It's a tool for communication. Nothing more than that.

Whichever language comfortable between the teller and the listener is the best language. The message has to be communicated. When it is told in the known language, more clarity and reach is there which brings better results.

3. When communicated in native language, there are very less chances of misunderstanding.

4. There won't be any ego clash or silent war between the sponsor, up line leaders or the down line team.
There won't be any hide and seek game. There is no need for any one to hide themselves out of inferior complex because of language inefficiency.

5. Language inefficiency must not affect communication when we are very badly in need of support, suggestion, console, encouragement, appreciation or any sort of sharing feelings.


6. If that kind of a support or communication is missed on time, we may lose great future diamonds.
When a person is left behind without proper care and support in a timely manner, they get disappointed and tend to run away.

7. We all strive a lot to bring one PSA and retain. Because of language or communication barrier we should not lose people and ultimately our business.

8. Sharing in native language prevents language war. Saves time. Provides comfort zone. Brings better results. Increases confidence level. Complex is eliminated. Develops better relationships.


9. Forum is a distinct place where great ideas, suggestions, useful information is shared. Using native language in forum helps a lot.

10. No one would suffer and lose opportunities because of a mean reason of English inefficiency.

Simultaneously we can start learning English.

1 of the many great things about SFI, is the interaction a person can have with fellow team members all over the world. The 1 downfall of using the translator, is that it might not help you in getting your exact message out there. What we may type in English and translate to, lets say, Spanish. It may be perceived by the Spanish speaking individual differently than what you intended.

Participating in the Native Language Forum for any individual will help create understanding and comfort. They are knowing exactly what is being said or portrayed. Doing this will also reduce the chance of the individual(s) getting frustrated and quitting.

Eventually, after being part of the business, an individual that is not fluent in English will probably get accustomed to the way the English language is spoken and/or typed. This will help him/her in better understanding this as well as being a well rounded individual.

Now, this goes for all of the Native English speaking members of SFI. If an individual is dedicated to building there business and building a very well rounded team. Then it would be beneficial for them to learn, a little bit at a time, other aspects of the languages around the world.

This is one of the best newspapers, at least by me.

Many of us do not speak English very well and a translator is not the most reliable. This is the main reason why many affiliates have never visited the forum. Many affiliates wanted to ask something but because they didn't speak English very well (or at all) they didn't dare.

Also, it is often the case that someone join the SFI, and its sponsor withdraws or somebody become active but his sponsor no answer to him or his sponsor became inactive. All affiliates do not speak English, but mostly everyone knows what the word forum means and expect to find help there.This is the right thing for these affiliates.

For the same reason that makes the business of us who have their PSAs easier. All novelties are in one place and you do not have to translate it and send emails to your affiliates who don't speak English..

Hello Rania,

SFI is a community of people helping people. By doing away with the language barrier in the My Country and My Region categories of the Forum, SFI has given affiliates from non English-speaking countries a powerful new tool with which to finally find answers to their many questions, in a language they can understand. One-on-one communication is so much more effective than the translation tool!

Your team mates will gain a better understanding of what to do at SFI when they read posts in their native language, and will hopefully feel more comfortable and less intimidated. As they become more confident, they will be motivated to start building their own businesses, which means YOUR business will benefit too.

If you speak a language other than English, you can and should become active in these new Forum categories, and share your knowledge with your compatriots, as others will be doing with theirs, thereby enabling the cycle of knowledge to go full circle, which helps EVERYONE achieve more. Kudos to SFI for providing this fantastic and unique opportunity!

This is a good question:

Let me answer it in a simple term. Most of us learn our language in our own country and it easily be understood by us. However, some other people who don't know your language, they maybe thinking they being sold by you because they don't understand what your talking about. It's just a simple language followed by a sign language just to understand a very simple questions and inquiry. However you cannot do that in computer without a camera attached to it. What I mean is a sign language of what you are trying to explain or discuss.

Many of us know that in this kind of business the primary language is English. So were trying so hard to learn with the kind of English grammar we know and the best kept English word we have, just to cope up with the conversation. Good thing there is a translator now. What about if that translator failed to give the exact word you are trying to say. There's a confusion again, right. Now it's good thing that SFI provide their member to talk to their native tongue. You can ask your fellow member or upline team leader in your country. If you have one and contact him/her to talk with your language and have to understand every detail you want to know. In the SFI Forum you can select your own language there. You can now say what you want to say in your own native language without fearing you might say it wrong or might hurt other people or member. Beside it is your language. You can always ask for your fellow member who is in your country on the Ins and Outs of SFI and even how to market ideas and sale or on how to earn your status in SFI.

You can post your advertising in your own native language to boost your sales and product in any social networking as long that social networking has a ready translation just in case for other country personalities may want to read what you are saying about your ads. In your country there may be a lot of product and there are buyer.

You can see it in your TripleClicks ECA and select your country, there you can view the product made from your country or it is being sold, so you can sell it and advertise them to earn your income. You can also refer them to SFI/TripleClicks. The SFI will rewards you for your effort of referring them. You can now easily post your product and advertise it in your your own language. SFI is really great of providing us this program that really helps it's member for their business to grow. Imagine that in your own native tongue you can post your blogs, comments, ask question, provide answer, advertising and even sell product. You really rocks SFI.

Each Region & Country have to deal with different situations within their own country/region, such as; Internet Access, Economical, Products, Payment Options, Communication, etc...

By having a different forum (non-English speaking), for your own country or region, this is giving one a place to go, to be able to help and work with each other on the issues, and help find solutions that one might encounter within their own country or region.

By communicating with each other in your own country, and helping each other, you are finding solutions that will better meet your needs, to help one another to become more successful with your business.

Another solution to helping each other grow their SFI business, would be taking advantage of the LocalPay option.

Having products that are very popular within ones' country, might not be popular in other countries, or with shipping fees being very expensive to ship products. By having a ECA store and offering LocalPay, one would be eliminating shipping fees and still being able to build up their business with great success by selling products locally.

Most important would be, Communication.

By being able to help others from your country that is struggling understanding, because one does not know English. It gives one a place to go to ask for help, by having someone understanding what they are asking, and being able to be understood, and also being able to get the guidance and help without having difficulties.

Sharing tips and ideas on being able to promote your businesses that would really work in your own country or region.

Maybe your region has a lot of small businesses, this could be a great opportunity for gaining some new ECAs. But, maybe another region has a lot more of small towns and not a lot of small businesses, than this would be great for gaining a lot more of PSAs.

But either region, can still strongly build up their businesses, by communicating and helping each other to be able to find whats works best for each region.

So to answer your question, the answer is, by being able to Communicate with each other, to Help each other, to share tips and ideas, to build up your SFI businesses with more confidence and ease.

I think these new country/regional categories are great and even though there are great translation facilities available now, it's still better for some people to be able to communicate, ask questions and raise issues in their own language!

It's not just that it's easier to communicate in your mother tongue but it can really help to build community locally, whether that's in your own city, country or region. There are often issues that are common in a specific country or region, that aren't common elsewhere and these new categories give you a chance to explore them and find solutions together!

It can also really encourage people to know that they're not alone, but that there are others nearby or in their country who are in SFI, especially in some of the smaller countries! And encouraged people have new determination to press on and succeed! If that is you, or someone in your team, then using your mother tongue will definitely help to boost your business!

Firstly it isn't impossible that people from same regions have similar questions and problems.
Than - Forum is the place where people with problems mostly search for answers, just try search box.. That is the place where affiliates help each other, with the helpful comments of the company.

In my case, my upper line is very active in helping us in many different places, now they became very active to translate their posts previously written in English to our native language, and I get daily announcements of translated texts, so I can share it with my downline. Most of them don't understand English, and I think this opportunity has bring great relief to them.
Remember - crucial for your SFI business is growing successful downline.

So - native language section is, in my opinion, valuable help to you - it's the resource where you can find answers for you or your PSAs or downline - often crucial. That's the way to avoid mistakes, to stay in touch, even to identify people willing to help, follow them and learn from them.

Languages are important and unique part
of the human race. Language distinguishes where we come from.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand English, especially when it is not our native tongue or second language.

Posting at the Forum in our native language can be helpful, where experienced affiliates (speaking the same language) can explain answers in more detail/ easy to understand steps, to help those who don't understand English very well .

In this way, we can then be able to understand and plan our work methods properly and help us communicate with our team members more effectively.

Hopefully with this method, there will be improvement in team communication (members from same country in same team), resulting in good teamwork / team building .
