The most important message to convey is that SFI is a real business that will produce real income when you treat SFI as a real business.

Of course, the team member must understand that message and act on it to avoid becoming inactive. As awesome sponsors, it is up to us to always send that message in one form or another when we communicate.

You will more likely catch someone's attention if you use your words, your experience and your investigation of the members of your team when you first welcome them. Let them know they made an excellent choice and all they need to do is take a good look and try things out.

Send several short messages spaced out over a couple of days with that real business, real income theme, and tie it in with real effort to make it happen, and you do have a chance to help them keep active.

It only takes about 10 minutes to do the Daily task each day. If you miss doing them one day, the points are gone and you can't get them back. Each task is worth whatever amount of days there are in a month. Doing 10 daily task each day for 30 days would earn you 300 points in a month.

The key is putting enough points together each month to reach 1500 VP which earns you Executive Leader status.

Set a goal of 10-12 minutes a day for the daily task and 10-12 minutes for the weekly, monthly or the Intermediate Task and you can reach Executive Leader before the end of the month.

You registered with SFI because you saw something on the landing page that caught your attention leading you to think this is something that might just make you some money.

Treat SFI like you have invested $50,000, $100,000 or even $1.5 million buying a franchise. Put the time into SFI to make your investment pay off and you will build a business that will put money in the bank month after month. Forget that it was free to signup, make believe you have lots of money on the table and you want to get a huge return on your investment.

Is 20-25 minutes too much time to invest daily to build a business that can give you independence and security?

There is no sure thing to say that will prevent inactivity, unfortunately!

But, take heart, because good communications from the beginning will go a long way towards keeping your team active. Always be positive in the weekly tips messages you send, and use the stream post to send your thoughts, too.

You need to be in frequent enough contact with your downlines to make them realize that you really will be there to help them if they get into difficulties, or have questions. Always try to provide them with the information they need, including the locations for finding it for themselves, but not in an abrupt, short way that will make them think you think ill of them for not finding it by themselves. Some people need a little more "led by the hand", while others are better explorers.

Be happy with all of them, do your best to give them the help they need, and hopefully(!!), they will stay active!...

Hi Khalida, in my opinion there is no one single message that can do the magic.
Rather combination of actions and follow-ups are what you need. Some of these
actions and follow-ups include the following:

A. CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION:
1. Sending supportive emails is essesntial.
2. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
3. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
4. Appreciate the affiliate's contribution before mentioning what he or she should improve upon (if any).
5. Always share your past experiences in related or similar situation and how you survived it.
6. If using email; let your mail content be formal instead of informal.
7. Lead by example, ensure you have done what you want your PSAs and/or CSAs to do.
8. Hash words should NEVER proceed from your mouth to your team members at any time.
9. Let them know you are willing to help them achieve success as your team members.
10 .Ensure your leadership page and blog are up-to-date;direct them to your blog and Leadership page in every correspondence.

B. APPLYING SOUND BUSINESS STRATEGIES TO HELP YOUR TEAM:
1. Reassign consistent and always active PSAs to help build your team.
2. Check the number of EA PSAs you have before reassignment, if few consider not to reassign.
3. Since an affiliate can be reassigned only once, be convinced of your action; so you don't lose your benefits.
4. Use the WIN-WIN approach; For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.
5. Another strategy is to use the reassignment tool as an incentive for your PSAs to achieve success.
6. Organize Team Leaders and put EAs under them. Develop Team Leaders who will be making profit, and therefore tend to remain active.
7. Compensation plan for your PSAs. If they sponsor their first affiliate you reward them with two extra for example.
8. Reward every milestone achieved by your PSAs. e.g become Team Leader, and get two PSAs FREE etc.

C. SPECIAL ADVISORY ROLE TO YOUR AFFILIATES THROUGH THE MOVERS TAB:
1. Use the movers tab to help you play direct advisory role on your most active affiliates.
2. It is a veritable tool that takes the problem of page loading off you; use it to your advantage.
3. Use the tab to identify specific view or category of affiliates for critical performance appraisal e.g newest sign ups, currently online etc.
4. Use the tab to access each affiliates details like country and power rank, reassign affilaite from the same country for language coherence.
5. Through the movers tab you can access the VPledger of any active affiliate, and suggest what he/she can do to improve.
6. Know who is active and inactive,use the tab to identify who to motivate for greater effort.
7. Based on VP earned, some of your affiliates may need encouragement; use the movers tab to find out and contact them.
8. Monitor the status of each of your affiliate for appraisal of their performance.
9. It brings into view affiliates that has been off the scene for a long time, so ensure you contact him/her and give word of encouragement.

D. ENGAGE IN TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES:
1. Brainstorm and share tips and ideas with your affiliates.
2. Join in in-depth discussion of SFI News, products, programs etc.

E. ENGAGE THEM IN BUSINESS BUILDING VENTURES AS A TEAM:
- Get S-Builder as a co-op, so you can reduce advertising cost for your business.
- Place your S-Builder on standing order (S.O) so you can ensure yourself a spot on the co-op each month.
- Your team success is your success,invite all your team members to be part of your S-Builder co-op.
- Give reasonable reward to your affiliates for milestone achievements using S-Builder co-op PSA assignment:
1) They maintain the rank of EA for 3 months and get 2 PSAs extra.
2) They raise a team leader for 3 months and get 2 PSAs extra for each team leader.
3) They become a team leader themselves for 3 months and get 5 PSAs.
4) They get their first customer sale and receive 2 PSAs extra.
5) They personally sponsor 20 affiliates in a month and get 5 PSAs extras
6) They make the top 10, top 20, or top 50 on the leaderboards etc for PSA reward.
- Lastly, engage the use of sound keycodes in dispersing co-op sign-ups to your affiliate, misplacement of keycode will bring a lot of problems later.

You can not prevent someone from quitting if that is what they want to do. We are not here to baby sit. We are all adults and should know what we want in life and why. So the only thing we can do to motivate our team is to stay motivated ourselves. This is the best cure for a inactive team. Lead by example and provide all the support you can.

Consequently, some will see that you are seriously trying to build a business and join you. Others will be disillusioned and fall into the misconception that you are somehow more gifted, or more talented, or better suited, or even more financially able. Truth is if you want to succeed in this business, talent, luck, or money has nothing to do with it. There have been plenty of rich failures and there are plenty of rags to riches stories as well. The single biggest reason for once active members to become inactive is they Quit.

To quit is a sign that the person has some issues with self motivation, or has certain fears related to their business that make them suspicious of everything. The latter is often cause by a deep rooted fear of success, where a person can have a dream but be so afraid they will have to give up who they are to obtain it that they concoct reasons to not try, or excuses to fail without even thinking about this fear.

How to combat these two reasons for giving up?

1. Send motivational messages with each step taken in the journey. If a PSA fills out their profile, becomes an EA, qualifies for Fast Track, then be the first person to congratulate them. even if the act seems small to you the compliment and encouragement to keep going could mean the world to them.

2. Have something inspirational to say in each team mail. Don't just send a bunch of links with do that, buy this, go here, read this one. encourage the members of your team to engage in the discussion and join contest you set up using the contest manager. Small wins can have big impact too.

3. Where possible get the member to join a Skype group of Facebook Chat so your team can work together daily, share in successes, and see they are never alone. Become their friend in business as well as their peer to keep trust high.

4. Share testimonials, success stories, and milestones like my recent 3 year SFI anniversary. When you see other people doing what you have self doubts about it is easier to find motivation to make their success yours.

5. Make sure team members know vital information like the fact that Gery and Bonnie Carson are the owners of Carson Services which owns and operates SFI and TripleClicks, that the parent company has been in business over 30 years and that SFI has been in business for 17 years and growing. Share with them details about the SFI headquarters in Lincoln Nebraska USA including a link to the Who We Are page that is connected to your Free gateway so they can see exactly what the corporate headquarters look like.

Along the way you will help them build habits that will guide them to motivate their teams which in turn will help them self motivate. You will also build proof up to deny suspicions before they become burdensome and cause any loss of sleep. The proof is all over that SFI is a great company, fully licensed, and well experienced that has been around for decades and has only gotten better with time.

To prevent my team from becoming inactive, it is not just one message, for example: "don't ever quit, this is a lifetime opportunity", but rather a series of messages explaining what SFI is, how to succeed at it and the long time residual and leveraged income they can get from SFI. Really, SFI gives them Financial Freedom.

To start with, I would periodically intimate them about how to succeed at SFI. They messages would revolve around these tips of success in SFI (A to I of SFI Success (9 tips):



1. ADVERTISE aggressively - The only way you will make money in your SFI business is if people are aware that it exists. You have to spend a majority of your time and energy marketing and advertising your business. Do your research and try out different ideas, then put more effort towards the ideas that work. Your goal is to make sure as many people you come across online and offline join SFI as Affiliates or customers. Money comes from their commission-able activities. 2. BRAND yourself. Ensure you create an online brand for yourself through innovation, uniqueness, availability and communication. Any communication you receive from a potential affiliate/customer should be answered promptly and courteously. That first communication from an affiliate is almost like an audition. They may have a question, but they are also testing you to see if they would like to do business with you, not your company, but you. They want to know who is behind the web page.

3. CREATE a formidable business team. The Success of your SFI business is dependent on the activity and size of your team. Developing a size-able team of active Affiliates is a priority. The benefits of derivable from them are awesome: Matching VersaPoints, Direct Commissions, 10% of their Eager Zebra games wins etc. You need to lead by example and motivate them with COOP, Gift Certificate and Recognition.

4. DEVELOP your team through training. One of the ways to do this is by regular communications. You can set up an auto responder. Talk to them about decisions and the directions of SFI. Also, talk to them about any idea they may have and look objectively at their suggestions. They may see something you have overlooked.

5. ENHANCE your business by creating a budget. It is very rare that you will make your business a success without spending some money along the way. You need a Standing Order of 1500 VP at least. You may need to spend on paid advertisement also. Set up your plan for how much you will spend in any given area, so you do not overspend without realizing it. Don't be afraid to rethink your budget allocations if you see that they need to be changed.

6. FAMILIARISE yourself with SFI business. You cannot remain ignorant for too long if you want to take a commanding and successful role as a Sponsor. From START, SFI BASICS, LAUNCHPAD, to TRAINING LESSONS; you need to painstakingly understand the business. Participating in the FORUM, ASK SC as well clarifications of issues from your Upline and Corporate Support would help you a lot.
Never stop learning - Every day is a chance to learn how to do thing more efficiently. Keep your eyes open for news ideas and strategies to implement. Look for tools and techniques that will help you.


7. GO extra miles for success. Ensure you use all available means of generating income in SFI. As you sponsor PSAs, so should you refer PRMs; participate in Eager Zebra games as well as PriceBenders auctions; and give ECA or member listing a trial as soon as possible. I know you may not be master of all things, do what you do well better, and try to do what you have not done.

8. HABITUALLY work on this business. Don’t be haphazard. You should visit SFI Affiliate Center as much as possible every day and perform your daily actions. Be persistent! Determine to make your SFI business a success. You will likely encounter set-backs, but keep working to overcome them. If you chip away at the walls that appear in front of you, you will eventually tear them down. Be patient, it takes a while to succeed in this business.

9. INVIGORATE yourself from the inner mind with the strong believe you will succeed. “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Believe in your success! I'll say " Can you compare for a few months of working and then you are liberated from low standard of living forever?

Definitely keep both your P/CSA's motivated, wanting to engage in SFI! At the same time don't smother them. I would say send them a message once a week. Give them options on how to reach you. Offer your assistance whenever they need it. Remember, they are trying to begin or already have business they are trying to improve too and will need you.

Motivating and encouraging them doesn't have to be difficult, sometimes just an e-card through SFI or a reminder of VP's they need to earn or even congratulations! I also make sure send a birthday e-card on their birthday through SFI as well. Doing things such as these are personable and shows that you care about their successes.

It may be difficult to find the exact formula to keep team members active until you know their motive of being with SFI in first place. The message should be so comprised that you are not only motivating them showing them the strength of SFI’s concept of setting up a successful business and consequently an income stream for years to come.

They should know how SFI has provided the real tools to flourish their business without being dependent on anybody. They are the real owner of their business and sole decision maker. With this independence to pace their growth with freedom they get, I feel it would interest one and all.
Your message should make them aware of the endless opportunity SFI is providing. It is no compulsion to invest if you are ready to do hard work with ample trust in the system. Yes, without any investment also you can be successful here and maintain your requisite ranks. With investment you can pace it up and rise higher.

I find no reason to be inactive when SFI is so generous to provide where and means to be successful.

Plan, Earning Calculater, etc. I tell them that SFI is really the most successful online home business in Internet Marketing and that they should take it serious and as a real own business. I don´t write every day not to bother them too much but once a week for reminder. Ofcourse when I do this I have hope that they read it and take actions. The most important thing is what I write to them is what I do myself because leading by example is the best.
