What Information should I give new affiliates in my first email to them?

Your first email should be brief and very informative. Sometimes it is easier to set out the important facts in point form. You can then advise your new team member that you will be following up with detailed information later.

You can then take each one of these points – lets just say for example you list 10 valuable points –
and you can send a team mail to your team say every 3 days with one of the points explained in great detail.

Suggest that your team member print out the information and place it in a folder to refer to it later.

You can also get your own website and duplicate all of this information for your team to see and advise them of the URL. Some people like to work entirely online and this might be a better option for them rather than printing out details.

Your own website also allows you to upload lots of details of SFI and provides a place for your team to go when you are not available.

First email with opening greeting and welcoming. Introduce oneself as SFI Sponsor/co-sponsor and express the feeling of acceptance to new affiliate with readiness to help in building SFI business together. Positive expression to create friendly atmosphere

Reaffirm them reason to join SFI - to create income for themselves.

Those with 0 vp after registration, encourage them to take one step at a time. Go to Getting Started and listen to video on how to start. Then proceed to SFI Basics and Launchpad. By telling them to take a step one at a time shows that you are guiding and caring for them. Tell them to answer the questions and click to earn versa points. Those who have earned some VPs, advise them to continue on reading and understanding SFI business operations. Emphasize on the 5 important actions that need to be completed to ensure that they can be contacted easily.

These are the basic information that new affiliates must know and need to be carried out. You can also include a link to Fast Track and E365 Challenge to provide some information on what are in store for them to move forward.

Try not to overload them with too much information as not to shy them away.

Hi Michael,
can you briefly paraphrase his first mail for new affiliate that I would give you basic guidelines for what to tell your new member with what I call "a welcome email".
1. First of all greet their new affiliate and wish him welcome to his knowledge that there is someone who can communicate.
2. Send them the link to the video that should be done Getting started to make my new affiliate knew what at the very beginning to do.
Third say their new affiliate to call me assuming Getting started action that I submitted it they should continue to do so as not to mistake.
4. Write that should be saved in your contacts three addresses to him regularly arriving mails and would not ever go to spam, and these mails are as follows:
my mail address as its sponsors,
mail address of its co-sponsors
mail address SFI.

I think these are basic guidelines that the new PSA should be said in the first or introductory email.

You should welcome them, introduce yourself, make sure they have good contact information to reach you:)

Point them towards Start, Basics, and Launchpad buttons on Affiliate Center home page. Make very sure to tell them about setting up an SO of at least 1500VPs so they will qualify to buy the New Member Pack for $20US (do these within first 10 days of joining), thereby gaining immediate EA2 status, plus the immediate benefits of the NMP, and, especially, explaining the extra 10% bonus - for life!! - that is one of the biggest bonuses!!

Help them to understand that SFI/TripleClicks is NOT a get-rich-quick program. Rather, it is a plan to create residual income that will give them a happier, more comfortable future, all the way through their retirement years, too!:) SFI is a business, THEIR business, and all that can bring them would be hard to beat any other way:))

To me a welcome letter should be short and to welcome your person.
You don't want to scare them by piling up a lot of information on
them all at once.
Let them know that you are glad that they are on your team and that you
are there if they need help.
You can mention a couple of things they can do to start off with but
these people already have a ton of information to go over so don't overload
them.
