can you briefly paraphrase his first mail for new affiliate that I would give you basic guidelines for what to tell your new member with what I call "a welcome email".
1. First of all greet their new affiliate and wish him welcome to his knowledge that there is someone who can communicate.

when we say older people generally are associated with people who are about to retire or have already retired. What further tells us that they have a lot of time. We know, at least in my region, pensions are very low. So they need an additional source of revenue, and a way how to complement the fresh time because more conveniently set of business obligations. We need them to make suggestions here can meet many interesting people with them to exchange opinions on our forum SFI, that have a lot of games that will be rewarded with all that will be able to earn.
I think this is enough reason to seniors accepted this job.

Another way to get them interested they should play Eager Zebra games is to write a blog about them. That's what I done alone and has little effect. Looking at it I think that this is a great job for you because here you are in touch with the people, but only indirectly and virtual. Such persons easiest to communicate with strangers because they much easier to access than in person.
A SFI you for excellent education even though you did not have prior knowledge because you have lunchpad from which you can learn a lot in this business, which will mean a lot to you later in life and for other things. Here are learning and doing and so make progress in education and work.
