Should you or you shouldn't recruit that people depends of you. You have to decide do you have time to help PSA who doesn't speak English. Today there are lots of translators and video tutorial about SFI. You can make your own video tutorials.

I am not English native speaker. I post my adds and I speak with people who are interested in this job in my mother tongue. Most of affiliates do the same way.

This is precisely the business challenges. Language is not an obstacle, it is expected if someone wants to do business in this SFI throughout the world, must be able to communicate, the International Language is English. There was also a translator of English application to all existing language of each country. With their language, each able to practice, make goals and work at SFI every day or every moment.

Hello Vehbi.I am a example. I think you need to hire people who do not speak English.On the end of each page of the translation ... Regardless of the translation, I learned much.Now I can get in on all the pages not translate.Awesome possibility, to learn a language .On how much I thankful SFI.Not be afraid to hire people who do not know the language, this is an incredible opportunity, use it ... I think it is not only necessary English language skills to engage in business in SFI company.
Any ordinary man on the planet can do this job no matter what language you speak or know , all texts and materials as to the work has been translated into all the languages ??of the world through an interpreter , you only need to have the will and desire to work .
Therefore, it should try as much as possible to advertise and thus provide as many members , build a great team , and transfer of experience

Of course you should. Reasons:

1) Because both of SFI pages and TC pages open in 82 regional and international languages.
2) Which is again an advantage over solo-language page sites and here only you have the major
striking points for those who do not understand english better.
3) Moreover, there is Google Translation Service which cross-translation among 91 languages.

This is very important question Mr Vehbi Hoxha.
In my opinion you should recruit the people to become SFI affiliate, if they are not English speakers/readers because now a days English is not a so big problem. We have solutions for the same problem. Your non English affiliate can use translate option at the bottom of SFI page, where they can easily change the page in their own language for their work. There is no real barrier nowadays. Many people use and recommend google translate.
I would like to point out that my iPhone has an App iTranslate that will provide local script like Arabic, Mandarin and Japanese with an English text. In addition it can produce a spoken like sound.
Maybe not exactly prefect. A whole lot better than some translators.

SFI is an English platform. The entire SFI program is written in English. Therefore, most of your time and advertisement budget should be allocated to English speaking countries.

Yes, you could always use “Google Translate”, but the software is based on the perfect use of language. And just like most Americans speak worse than perfect English; most people speak less than perfect in their perspective languages. Thus, “Google Translate” is only as good as the writer.

Hi, Thats one issue i find very interesting. SFI speaks almost all languages which is the laguage of money. Everybody is always willing and ready to make money and communication should not be an issue in our modern society today because we have a lot of good translators that can translate a whole lot of languages besides, SFI has a language translator at the bottom right hand. make use of that or simply use a translator like i do with my non English speaking affiliates

As for your question, I must tell you this:
I am from a country where English is not our mother tongue
(Personally, I do not speak English )

I responsibly claim that the majority of 80% do not speak
any other language except our! (in my country )
