Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Dear Zagorka, in my opinion, it is best recruit PSAs.First time when you get good workers -PSAs, you get a real diamond, because it will be trying to motivate his collaborators, and will make you and everyone in the system under a long-term, serious revenue .PRMs are also necessary, because we bring customers to TripleClicks, but do our PSAs are not customers or potential customers?!
Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

Hello Vehbi.I am a example. I think you need to hire people who do not speak English.On the end of each page of the translation ... Regardless of the translation, I learned much.Now I can get in on all the pages not translate.Awesome possibility, to learn a language .On how much I thankful SFI.Not be afraid to hire people who do not know the language, this is an incredible opportunity, use it ... My PA first welcome .Sending video clip from the initial steps, explain that you do not consume the lessons from the chain falls, because these are important action points versa .I most important-as soon as possible to go on making the team, advertising, marketing.

The question is important and seriously.In my opinion, if you have a good sponsor is much easier , especially in the beginning , the first three month .To applies to co sponsor.Ali if you have no sponsor is not the end of the world , follow your top line , and you will not mistake .Try to facilitate its members as much as possible, even if you can give them all you can, you will return to multiple .Tim and sponsor are one, the one without the other can not .

In my opinion , the best tool is My Gateway .There are ready enrollment, ads, blogs, everything needed for a successful presentation of the company, product , shop , games , auction ... In my opinion, the SFI PPA, should not participate.
You will create a team, and we know that the team power.Lose your precious affiliate,and you will receive, only one, a fee of $ 10 per member.This is still a team work with sponsors, co sponsors, grow, and expand, and our tim.It?s the spirit of this company!
