Hello Mohammed;

I can answer that in two words, "Don't Judge"

I have learned in over 20 years in this industry that you can't judge who will be your winner. Most of the time those you think will, won't and those you thing won't, will. If you do not speak their language then why not sponsor someone who does so you can reach a market you can't reach.

Also think about SFI, it is a multi-depth business. You must learn to drive depth in your business. So this

Hello.

Of course it is right and worthwhile to sponsor affiliates with other speaking and who do not have extensive experience in internet marketing.

First of all, SFI allows all its members to educate themselves and learn how business is done, then offers a wide range of languages for translation, and we have a google translate.

In this business it is important to preserve each affiliate and help him to become independent as soon as possible in business.

Of course, it is worthwhile to sponsor anybody, even with little English or very limited computer/internet experience. Every one has an equal right to success!

Anyone who has a desire to learn can learn how to use computer, and have internet experience by being in an internet home-based business such as SFI.

The language problem has been addressed by SFI by installing a Translate facility in the SFI Affiliate Center to help those who speak very little English.

It is a definite advantage to your team if you recruit members who have a good command of English and a working knowledge of the computer/internet. If they have both these requirements before they join, you will find :-

- that it is easy to help them understand the concept of SFI without too many explanations;
- you will not need to take your recruits through each and every step in their online training
- the progress of your affiliates/team will be faster and so will your communication

we are not obliged to sponsor those who speak good English. it is a business that everyone can do whatever language if it has been understood and if we know what we want.
today we can translate everything on the net.

you have to take the one that has a very limited internet experience under his arm, help, teach and then show him how to do business.

do not do all the work has its place because we are angry or you want to get rid of this godson but be patient. by dint of

Personally, I would not limit myself to only sponsoring affiliates with certain skills or a strong English vocabulary. We have use of translator programs on the internet as well as a translator on almost every page of SFI. As far as computer skills go, help is just a click away, they can learn these skills from you, other affiliates through A2A, the forum and other members in their up-line.

Yes, it is worthwhile. You're going to expand your network of associates.

Affiliates among themselves and with potential customers communicate in their native language. Basically, all we place advertisements in our mother tongue. We recommend the goods in our mother tongue. In fact, there are so many video tutorials on you tube about SFI that lack of English is not a problem, not anymore. At both sites, sfimg.com and tripleclicks.com, there are a good translator.

Absolutely!
I call that a no-brainer! Everyone has talent. SFI has multiple income streams! It's GLOBAL!
Give everyone the chance they deserve and you may find that there are a lot of people out there that are incredibly adept at this job and may be the gold nugget you've been looking for all your life! Allow yourself to take this chance and swing it!

Hi.
Not only that it is worthwhile but maybe it is even better.
Lett me elaborate ...
Affiliates whom speaks little english, can use translate option on SFI home page, this way thay can work on there mother language. which might be easyer for them.
On the other hand lack of internet experiance might come in handy, if the person is used to internet on a daily bases and starts a bussines like this, he will probable loose patience after a mounth, because it is going to be slow for
