What I learned in those two months at SFI is that first you have to have a lot of patience. In the beginning I only worked daily tasks and read the instructions from experienced colleagues which are very useful. No one can begin with earnings until the first not the role of money and that's a fact. I still do not have any earnings but I hope it will also change. In the beginning I started to buy TC credit so I could maintain their status I'm still at the beginning but from day to day progress and hope for the best. My advice is to do what you advise experienced people who have long been members of the SFI i can not go wrong whatever you do because it's the only way to succeed in business in as much as you want to be doing. In my opinion it is best to do both if you have the opportunity to do so because one is related to the other and to me it is the most rapid way to succeed in business. I'm still not someone who gives good advice but I think of experienced people who have many years in this business, you can learn a lot and eventually succeed. I wish you much success!!!

Quite frankly, I'm not fond of either advertising or buying PSAs because neither one of those stars from a place of CONNECTION. The most effective team-building comes from direct social engagement with your affiliate, and that means that I show people what I do and where I do it. That may be slower, but it provides a better *commitment* rate out of those who sign up, and by "commitment rate," I mean those who take the time and effort to commit to being an active and working PSA. Of the two, I prefer advertising, though, because to some extent, when you advertise, you can at least qualify your leads, making sure that those who you target to sign up have some real desire to make money and build a business instead of just bringing in people who could have ended up joining SFI based on some bounty-per-signup process and who were never interested of working in the first place.

This is a great question.

First of all, it all depends on how fast you want to grow your business.If you would like to have PSA's right away, may I suggest that you buy them from a reputable ECA as well as PSA's To Go.
This will usually guarantee PSA's right away.

One other thing you might consider is setting up an S-Builder Standing Order. You should start to see your PSA's withing a month or so. If you decide to setup S-Builder as a Standing Order, you can also purchase PSA's To Go at a Special Price. With S-Builder as a standing order, you are guaranteed to get PSA's on a regular basis.

Once you have started to receive PSA's from Tripleclicks, then you might want to start to advertise on your own. This is up to you. I personally like to do both. That way you are not putting all of your eggs into one basket.

I really like this one!

From my own experiences one is no more valuable than the other. You can lead a horse to water, but this does not mean the horse will like the way it tastes, or it may not be the temperature fitting for its stomach.

You see, whether you purchase, or advertise, it is still a PSA Affiliate when the person follows through and joins. There is no guarantee either will be productive, and in each case there may be something about the business requirements that certain people just are not comfortable doing.

With these things in mind, in each case there just may be one activity there is which will turn them away, or cause them to doubt.

I would say it would be much a slower process to advertise, but we have a better chance building up relationships while advertising, as in the case of purchasing PSA's we have to be right there on the spot as soon as that person joins to send an ecard, and or email. This will not guarantee the person will be serious.

In the case of advertising, we have the advantage of making our point clearly before a person joins, this is not a quick fix opportunity. Most do feel that all they need is a website, and they will make an income from any business online, and when they find out how much of the day will pass by them, they feel the business is causing them to loose out on other areas of interest.

There are many factors to consider as to why people decide SFI is not a business opportunity they desire. This can happen in both situations whether Purchased or advertised to gain.

I prefer to buy my PSAs and do my advertising on free sites. My reason is that when I buy my PSAs, I am sure I will get them. But in advertising there are no guarantees. Most people don't even click not to talk of registering. They view your site so that others will get to view theirs also. The chances are mostly slim. I'd rather spend my money on what I'm sure of.

Both are very good ways of growing your team. At first I would purchase the PSAs To Go and research free ways to advertise, then utilize the free advertising. Then once your team starts to grow I would alternate the methods monthly. One month buy the PSAs To Go and the next month use paid advertising, while still utilizing the free advertising monthly.

Both are best when trying to build a strong Serious Team.
I like the idea of PSA's to go because it's a fast transaction.

Another way would be to post in classifieds or start with friends and family.

Team building is fun and to watch them grow to become rock stars is awesome!
In answer to the question, it's my own opinion the best way is to just get a Standing order of 50 psa's to go and teach them duplication.

Sales people know people who buy ads. There’s a reason you hear about the ridiculously high salaries the sales folks command. It’s not just that they bring in the money – it’s that they’re the ones capable of doing it! They’ve spent their careers figuring out how ad buyers make decisions. They’ve organized more jean parties (don’t ask) and mani-pedis than you care to think about – building those relationships. The good news is, the good sales people know who to call. Side benefit, the people they call will actually take their call. The bad news? You need to hire some of these sales folks before they start generating revenue, and like we already covered, they’re expensive! If you end up building a full sales team, you’ll almost certainly raise a significant round of financing just to scale that team out ahead of the revenue (and cash!) it’s able to generate. Managing the sales team you hire is a whole other can of worms I won’t get into in this post, but suffice it to say, it’s nothing like managing your engineering and product teams.

If just having PSAs and doing means we may not expect to develop our business in future. Why because we can't estimate or predict the human mindset how they do in future? They may continue or quit.
