Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?
I'd have to say login daily to do all the red tabs, answer the ask questions.
Make sure to check your messages and answer them.
Look at your VP Ledger every day to make sure you didn't miss any vp.
Read the posts in the forum because they will answer most of your questions you may have, and you can get good ideas there.
There is not just one thing to focus on, there are many to actions needed.

No experience is very much wanted, this way you can teach your prospect how to duplicate what you are doing. When I join SFI, I had no idea what to do.
I started reading and asking my sponsor a lot of questions, and reading the forums help me a lot.
As a sponsor you'll want to explain how SFI works and TripleClicks, explain the plan.

What are the best methods to distribute TripleClicks gift cards to attract PRMs and increase sales? Good question.
I just purchased 30 digital cards and I'm emailing them out for friends & family & co-workers. When I email these I put a picture of the Gift card in the email along with an explanation of the auctions and how much they can save on everyday products.
Also I explain the games along with MPR's and how to use them.
When you order these cards, they come faster than waiting for them to arrive in the mail. Plus you'll gain 300 action points once you've sent out the cards.
What a great opportunity these cards are.

What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

Both are best when trying to build a strong Serious Team.
I like the idea of PSA's to go because it's a fast transaction.
Another way would be to post in classifieds or start with friends and family.
Team building is fun and to watch them grow to become rock stars is awesome!
In answer to the question, it's my own opinion the best way is to just get a Standing order of 50 psa's to go and teach them duplication.

Comunication to your downline and upline, mostly genealogy.
When you open your genealogy report it's allows you to see what your team is doing and where they need your help.
All of your teams information is there, you can email or send them a tip.
