If any affiliate have a habit of reading they can have more information from SFI itself. If they have no interest towards reading and not able to understand, they can have clear information from their up-line members. Not satisfied with the information they can put their queries in ask sc or forum. Immediately they can have more response from it.
Thank you. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.

The best places to get SFI related answers are OF COURSE our SFI Forum and the SFI Searchbox at the top right corner..
Having said this: SFI is (almost) 17 years active online so I BET you can also find TONS of info searching trough youtube..
Doing a google search for SFI Reviews or SFI info also brings you TONS of answers and information..
There aren't many questions that have not been asked and answered before..
So BEST place is SFI itself (Forum etc.)
Everything else is extra :)

The best way to get an answer about the SFI you've got a lot of communication.
You can ask your sponsor or other membersin your team if you have a problem.
You can ask your question in the box ASK SC and wait for an answer.
Everyday, you can probably find the answer in the Forum.
Forum is a great thing to get the answer, probably because has a similar problem someone else.
You can ask for a reply to Gary!
I suggest it to slowly read all the literature which offers SFI on side and learn a lot.
I hope that I am at least a little help and I wish you much success in SFI.

The first place I would direct my PSAs and CSAs would be the training links they went through when they joined. The first time through the training links happens way too fast in order to gain all of the information being offered so it's a good idea to revisit the training at least once per month for the first 6 months of joining SFI to make sure all of the information is digested.
Another great place for information is the SFI Forum because we get to share our experiences with other affiliates. I try to visit the forum daily so I can stay immersed in SFI and contribute from my own experience when I feel like I can help the topic of the thread.

There is a wealth of training materials available on the SFI website. These are backed up with the Ask SC and of course the Forum. You also have all of your upline and if you belong to a2a you also have all your a2a friends.
All of these are good places to look for answers but probable the quickest and possibly the best is the forum. There are people on the forum 24 hours a day who will be able to give you advice.
If you are not worried about a quick answer then perhaps your sponsor and/or co-sponsor can help you out.

Great question, and I've already seen some great answers so far.
The best place for me has been the SFI support tab. There is an index and you can type virtually any question you have and find the answers.
Then, obviously your sponsor or co-sponsor and finally submitting a ticket to the SFI support team if those other methods fail you.
AND, you can always ask me :) Of course we each want our downlines to succeed, but still we are all here for each other and want all to succeed with SFI so it continues to grow! :)
