Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

This could be a good idea, so long as the product is related to business-building and won't cost you anything. For example if you have e-books to which you have PLR, or which you have written yourself, you could put them on your website and offer the download link to someone who has achieved one of your targets.

I guess you could do the same with CDs or DVDs in the proper format that could be downloaded. You wouldn't want to add the cost and time of production, packaging and shipping

It should be those that can assist your team of PSAs or CSAs to grow their business, means those recommended by SFI. Items related to business bulding like T-Credits, Gift Certificate, PSA-To-Go and S-Builder Co-op would certainly assure them progressing. In return, you will progress and attain your TL positions as they attained theirs. They may follow your actions and duplication will mushroom!

So, my take is, stick to DO's and DON'Ts and follow the Awesome Sponsors tips by SFI.

That was a great idea.

Human loves being appreciates.
And Gifts are just the perfect product for giveaways.

SFI do rewards their affiliates too. We should too. But the best product has to be something that the affiliate likes most.
So knowing this, we have to know our affiliates too.

I suggest, try reward them something that has values in our business, like Gift Certificate or TCredits or sign ups.

But it is still ok to reward them with personel

Hi Theodore,

I understand that your intention of offering incentives to your CSAs and PSAs is to get them moving, producing expected results and eager to work harder. It’s not wrong to offer incentives ( either SFI or non-SFI products ) as part of your method to grow your business. But make sure your incentives also can be used to help them to improve their performance. Like a free DVD mentioned, the DVD can be about marketing strategies, motivations or about something beneficial

Hi Theodore!
As far as I'm concern, we are talking about SFI business. I believe that everything we do has got to have something to do about SFI business.
Even that DVD. Even if it is non-SFI related, but it must help the PSA/CSA to grow his/her SFI business in a certain way.
The other thing, I don't believe in incentives. Whether to give or to receive. I believe that everyone is on his/her own business. You don't need incentives to encourage you to run your own business if you are

There is nothing to wrong to offer non-SFI related incentives to CSA and PSAs because if we offer them DVD or any other thing which is non-SFI and if we get the result than it is profitable not only for us but also profitable for SFI.

At the same way It is also useful to offer SFI related incentive to CSA and PSA like T credit or PSA or any other product than this product is very helpful to them like if we offer T credit than these T credit are very useful for the person in so many ways

Hi

I wouldn’t do that, except if it’s a eBook, or DVD on marketing, or advertising I.e... Here’s why.

SFI’s got many incentives available to pass on to your down line. Gift cards, PSA’s, etc. Rather use those.

I don’t see the point in rewarding someone with something that’s not SFI related. After all... You would want to reward someone with something that can help him grow in his SFI business, right?

To offer incentives to affiliates that are good performers, for example PSA’s that become EA2 or Team Leaders, are always good, because it can motivate your PSA’s to do better and that can help you in your business.

To offer non-SFI related products or services can also work, but I think why purchase from the opposition if you can offer products/services from your own shop and get paid for doing so.

If you want to offer something from a shop that is not aCSA of TripleClicks,

This is your business and whatever legal you have to do to make and run it successfully, please do. Zig Ziglar once said, "you'll get what you want if you help enough other people to get what they want." Also in SFI your success is tied to the success of your team. Creating a standing order to the workers will be a welcome boost and will ginger them to put more effort. Although watch out when this incentive is being abused. Let them know whether it is going to be a one off thing or whether

You could, but if you had a large number to reward you could go broke.

Narrow it down to your Movers list, or if that is too costly, reward your top 20 or top 10.

It might be a good idea to make this idea into a contest. You could award the prize to the top 10 or 20 PSAs and CSAs who earned the most VP in the month.
