Hello....
Well,it depends. If your PSA allready have their own PSAs,then better for him is to become BTL and use all advantages that this leadership status offers. But,if your PSA still dont have his PSAs,then its better to wait to become leader.its not difficult to become BTL in a first months, but its not aesy to retain that status if you dont have a team.so,without working team its better to wait with Team Leader status...
I would hesitate to discourage a new PSA who is eager to work, but I would insure that the individual kept their expectations in check. I would discourage the individual from buying their rank, and impress upon them the importance of building a team. If they are ready to engage prospects and to work constructively with them, I would certainly encourage them to forge ahead.
You can hold the rank of Team Leader by simply amassing the required points, but one is not a team leader unless they have a team to lead. If the sponsor has down line members that they are willing to reassign,it might be good to give the PSA a few folks to work with, and guide them if they solicit your help.

I personally would never ask a new affiliate to slow down. Thats like asking a 100 yard dash man to slow down because you do not want him to win yet. I encourage a new affiliate to get Team Leader right away so they have a good feeling about SFI. Once they are there then you work with them the next month and the next month to help them keep going. I would like to see them make Platinum and make big money. Do not discourage them by saying SLOW DOWN.
I would NEVER advise my downline to NOT grow and further succeed. I encourage anyone to encourage their downline to go for what that individual wants to go for. While you can give your downline motivation and tips/tools to help them move forward, unfortunately you CANNOT make some one invest time & money in their SFI/TC business. As a Team Leader, they receive more benefits from their efforts as do you as their upline. So why in the world, would you ever stop them from moving up in levels? ANSWER: You don't.
Hope this helped. Best wishes!

Hello, this is interesting question. Personally I prefer to advise my team to slow down the qualification of TL, because this is hard to maintain status and often people are disappointed when they understand that every month they begin on zero. So, it's better to slow down and build authority and reputation of good person and Leader, who gives great example. After that people can go toward TL with clear consciousness, knowledge and stable belief to maintain this status.
In my opinion, the choice should be left to them, but they should provide the necessary information to make their choice which is better for them. For instance, it is not so difficult to attain EA status in the first two months, unlike the subsequent months and in particular the status of team leader. Also, it makes sense to have this status if you have a team. If you all want it so quickly, it is necessary that from the first day of the SFI devote much effort advertising with the aim of obtaining new members.
Give them all this information, what is the task of the sponsor, and the final decision is always theirs.

Why will you think like that.........?,no way don't discourage them at all.You are to help them excel. Please if you have done do call them back in order again.Being a Team leader is the best thing that can happen to anyone in SFI because that is a lot to benefit from it.
If you happen to sponsor someone that is so very serious that within one day or two he or she will become a team leader you are made indeed. So being a new affiliate do not stop anyone from becoming a Team leader.

From personal experience I would say yes. Personally, in my first month with SFI I performed every action available. I went through all the launch pads and readings on the to-do list within a matter of days. Within just one week I was a STL. I was excited and thought "if it is this easy why doesn't every one do it?" Then, in my second month I had a difficult time maintaining that status and was only up to BTL. You should encourage them to slow down because there is a lot of information to learn. On the other hand, if they are willing to set up a standing order to maintain at least BTL status, then encourage them to start off with just obtaining the rank of BTL, then next month see if they can increase their status.
I hope this helps.

NO. Don't advice your PSA to slow down. In fact its better for you to motivate your PSA to become a team leader as quickly as possible. Because the higher your PSA rank, the more your success. What you just need to do is to teach your PSA to focus on recruiting as much affiliates as he can. And also teach him how to become a good sponsor too. I think this will go a long way in promoting your PSA and your own business too.
