Hi
From my own experience, it is tempting to race through the big VP items on the first day and find yourself a Team Leader. I made STL but the problem came in the following month when I struggled to keep the rank.

I believe that it is wise to guide your new PSAs to work on getting to know the business in their first month or so. Having said that they must be made aware of the requirements of EA ranking.

Building Knowledge is far more important than getting quick bucks.

Hi,

No, you should not do that. As long as they proof that they could be great leaders, help them go upper and you'll success is assured together with their own success as well. Just don't forget to support them and help them understand what to do, how to do it! Do your best to improve their performance, and you'll be the one that wins!
Good luck

Hello Sandra,

My opinion is to let them decide to slow down or to qualify themselves fast as Team Leaders as long they have read and understood what SFI is about. If you have briefed them whats they have to do and so on after they become a team leader then you have done a good job on your part. The rest is up to them. If they want to see success then i think they should follow the basic steps by step patiencely. Truth is the answer to fast or slow is to complete the task given in the

Hi Sandra!

Anyone can became a team leader fast, without a team, by purchasing on Tripleclicks, set up an SO, etc. But if he/she do that without a serious knowledge about SFI and Tripleclicks, how he/she an be a team leader??? The name says TEAM LEADER. Can anyone lead a team without basic knowledge?

This is like, you are working in a company for 10 years or more. You have some serious experience. Then come someone with no experience (or a very little) and the management set

This is some -what an astonished question. Any Up-Line ever advise that his PSAs won’t work and don’t qualify as a Team Leader? Never - Because whatever progress is achieved by a PSA will also be affected in the progress record of his Team Leader. This is a duplicating work as well as a give & take process. So, an up-line should always inspire and motivate to his down-line and advise them to achieve more benefits as much as they can.

As and when a PSA

I think it is necessary to advise our members to progress quickly, but not at any price.
First, if they quickly become TL without a team, it will be difficult to maintain the status for the next month too. It is important for them to learn and understand what is SFI and how it works.

Second, if we force them to quickly become TL they might think that the whole story is frivolous and that does not require a lot of effort and work, and to disappoint in the second month and give up.

Hallo Sandra, never stop or slow anyone to become a Team Leader. We all know that, when many of our Team are Team Leaders, we all benefit. Ofcourse it is good for every new PSA to take time to learn and then apply because it is necessary for them to know what they tell their downline Team but, they can also always learn from their upline Team what to write or tell thier downline Team. Encourage every one who want to be a Team leader to do that and, work with them, encourage them and be happy for

It is essential to be honest with all new Affiliates and pass on to them what you experienced when you joined SFI!

They will appreciate your tips, and in order to understand and succeed in this new venture, it is
important to have patience and go through your training with there own pace!

This way they will not have back tracking because they did not understand it in the first place!

Good Luck!

Good question Sandra.

My view is, advising new PSAs to slow down might demotivate them rather we should motivate them to take additional actions (highlight the significance of team building) in the way to becoming a true Team Leaders. And we should leave on them to decide the pace with which they would like to build their business.

I always send a message with useful tips to each new PSA. One of the tips I always include is this:

Remember that you only need 1500 VP to qualify Executive Affiliate (EA) and for commissions. Your first couple of months you are still learning what SFI is all about. If you take your time learning and understanding all the material, you can easily save enough points to ensure that you reach EA status. If you need help with this let me know ASAP!

This works very well to engage
