The most important thing for anyone to do when joining SFI is to:

1) always do your to do list
2) earn as much VP as possible
3) always advertise
4) learn to listen

Learn. Understand. This is a business filled with people not robots. PR is ultimate. People don't care about what you know. They want to know how much you care. Than and only than are they going to listen. Discipline and self control are two dying arts. They are necessities for implementing PR.

It's always good to learn something new. just do it.

I feel the first thing they should do is check their inbox with SFI. I have noticed on the genealogy report that most do not know they have an inbox with SFI. I have had several that have gone to become an EA and still did not check their inbox. You also would be surprised that they have no idea where to find it. I had a person when I left him a message on IM to check his inbox he sent me a message asking me where to find it.

Since I have found this out, last month I had 30 CSA's become EA. That was the first time ever. Since February, so far, I have had 4 CSA's become EA's and 3 become EA2's and this is just the beginning of the month. When checking to see if they found their inbox just go to their ledger and under the intermediate it will say something like new member viewed the welcome letter but if they didn't then this would not be displayed.

One of the most important things the new affiliate can do is to read as much as possible about SFI.

They should read everything on the start and also SFI basics.

Once they have seen what is involved then they should start to work with SFI and do some of the getting started actions, along with the red tabs so they can enter the Daily draw on their first full day. I advise my affiliates to do the actions that will get them their fast track badge before they do any other getting started actions.

Explain to your affiliates what SFI and TripleClicks can do for them if they are willing to do some work.

This questions is great one! At first when you've fully joined SFI. The next step is to get to know much about the SFI program. You can't do well in a business you don't understand, try to know and understand much about the program in order to achieve the goals and objective you've set for your self. How do you know much about SFI and how you can make a lucrative income? There are training section for you to follow. The training section is step by step, superb, and easy to understand. During the training do not rush so as not to overload yourself with info. Also you're not alone try to ask question when necessary from your sponsor or upline member.
Know and identify the major area or source where you can generate income from SFI. understand steps to follow to generate income from the source. First and most important thing is you must understand SFI as a whole and being a new business owner, your knowlege about SFI is paramount to your success. By aknowledging the potentials it has will ensure your progress and success and in the long run, if everyone understand fully, opting out may not be someone's choice.

Mapping out your success, you should;

1. Confirm your registration, Upload/Update your profile, whitelisting [email protected]/your
Sponsor and Upline Team Leaders. These are your getting started action that will lead you
to your Gold Fast Track (you must complete the 5 action, including sending commitment
message to your Sponsor and uploading Profile photo). The VP Ledger will allow you to
monitor them all.

2. For new members, do not missed the 10 days period, in getting your Gold Fast Track badge.
Some old timers were unable to get it (including me), rejected when I tried to comply it on
the 8th day. So, act fast, do not delay!

3. Begin your training with SFI Basics/Launcpad. Read sales & marketing materials, read and
apply the 3 Simple Plan, pass down the same info to downlines, associate yourself with a2a
friends, become Wave3 members and not to forget joining the FORUM for additional info.

As most have stated already, new affiliates should follow and complete the actions in their VP ledgers, read and follow the instructions in the launch pad lessons, become a fast track member, and ensure that by completing enough tasks each day that earn them points to remain above the green line to ensure a spot in the finals for the E365 contest.

Important to remember as well, is for the affiliate to follow the example lead by their upline team leaders. They do not only have access to the knowledge of their immediate sponsor and co-sponsor, the can access help from the top of their upline list, which you can find under the Support tab if you scroll down to where it says your upline. Click on this and you will find all of your team support leaders that are above your immediate sponsor.

If an affiliate does not have a supportive upline, then they can also draw from a wealth of knowledge from the forum, which you can access under the hot spots tab. Here you can ask questions and receive a wealth of insightful answers from affiliates all around the world. It is a great tool for us to have here at SFI.
