Carl, my answer for you is: Help your associates learn how to make money with SFI, as soon as they can.
How do they do that? By working their warm markets. Teach your affiliates to share their Gateways and sponsoring links with their family members, their friends,, their co-workers, their business relationships and anybody they may come across.
The surest way to get your affiliates become serious SFI Business Builders" is through a clear strategy.
One: Let's keep in mind the "Sponsoring Golden Rule": Work with those who are active at building their business. Do not waste too much time with those sleeping affiliate who never log in.
Then, how do you get affiliates to become serious?
Second: my personal strategy is in two stages.
a: the first 24 hours of an affiliate joining SFI, I contact them two or three times through personalized welcome messages, e-cards and team mail.
Their reaction will give me an indication whether they have an interest, whether they have a potential or whether they are likely to fall in the masses of the inactive, sleepy ones.
Both my communication style and its frequency will depend on their achievements as new affiliates in first four to five day.
That is enough a time frame to determine who is serious and who is not likely to strive hard to be successful.
Again I apply the Golden Rule: I work with those who work!
b. I have found it more effective to motivate prospects before they sign up.
(1) my advertisement is very selective. It stress the call to serious opportunity seekers who are willing to put in both the time necessary and the minimum investments SFI requires to start earning commission.
(2) I personally believe that starting to earn commissions as soon as possible is the best way to retain new affiliates. I have been with SFI for 13 months now: a very lucky number, and I have earned commissions every month. That is a good start.
It is enough evidence that if I improve and get more focused, stop procrastinating and target the audiences from which I can strengthen my team, I will earn more.
This ability to earn, even by small increments is what will make affiliates more serious about the business.
