Getting your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI is a great task of Sponsors and Team Leaders. The very backbone of successful SFI business is developing a team of active affiliates who are constantly building their business.
Before you talk of serious business builders you need to ensure they become active. My own concept of active affiliate is such that carries out his/her daily actions most days of the month; aspires or become an Executive Affiliate every month and shows some form of enthusiasm. Even if he does not become EA, he should be close to it. It is this category of affiliates that could be mentored to become serious business builder, nay a superstar in SFI.
In order to develop such affiliates into Serious business builder, the Sponsor or Team Leader should do the following:
1. Communicate with them regularly. The line of communication should be opened at both ends. Weekly messages, periodic messages, special tips, stream posts, latest information - the latest news and new development in the business etc should be sent to the affiliates to guide them on specific actions to pursue to ensure strong SFI business.
2. Educate them on relevant skill on online marketing, team building and other duplication strategies. Many affiliates register without prior knowledge of the basics of internet business. Teach them methods of Free and Paid Advertising. Guide them on good places they might advertise. You need to teach how to win PriceBenders Auctions, how to win many of those games at TripleClicks etc. The difference really between achievers and losers in this business is more or less the margin of training and skill!
3.Use Affiliate Profile, Genealogy and VersaPoints Ledger to offer specific training to the Affiliates. By studying their affiliate profile, you will understand their basic skill, goals and weakness. Their VersaPoints Ledger tells you of the various distribution of their actions and inaction. Whatever these two did not reveal would be seen in the genealogy of the Affiliate. Armed with these information, the Sponsor would know specific areas of deficiency to be worked upon to improve their proficiency and profitability in SFI.
4. Motivate the team to achieve particular milestone through a system of contest, incentive or reward. When they become EA2, offer rewards, when they become Team Leader, offer rewards. Beside, you could create contest among them with gifts attached. Sponsoring activities, Sales activity, VersaPoints gathering, developing of new Executive Affiliates or Team Leader could be made a contest in your team. Reward them with Gift Certficate, TCredits transfer, PSA reassignment etc. This could drive great momentum in the team.
5. Encourage them when they are close to a milestone. For example, your affiliate may just need 200 Action VersaPoints to become a Team Leader. At such times you should move them on or give relevant tips or offer them Gift Certificate if that could help. Always monitor their progress every step of the way. This builds the Team Spirit in them which is passed on to the next generation. The bond of relationship it fosters is immense!
6. Lead them through your Example. A Sponsor or Team Leader should be a go-getter. You should constantly increase from one rank to higher rank. Your badges should be getting more golden day by day. The number of times you have engaged in those activities should be increasing. Your downline should be aspiring to reach you or emulate you. Be a constant challenge to them and they would pick it up to be a superstar themselves.
7. Show them immense earning at higher ranks or activities. Let them know of Matching VersaPoints and other Override commissions of Team Leaders. Show them through facts and figures potential income that wold accrue to them when they reach certain levels. This would no doubt jouster them to give in their all - training, skill, time and investment into SFI.
When all of these are invested in active affiliates, they become SERIOUS business builders in SFI.
