This is a very straight forward answer; yes, why not? To be clear the Plan does not say 'five future PTLs' but 'Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level'. This does not mean you should neither call it a day when you have 'potentials' nor call it a day when you have 'developed' them.

Having 5 PTLs in your team is not an end in itself but a means to an end, so in as much as you are still active, there is nothing unusual to keep developing future stars because there may be so many others reasons why you should aim to earn as high as you can in life. Have you thought of the possibility of one or some of your PTLs having a bad time and dropping out? Have you thought of the potentials of bequeathing a very successful, formidable and sustained business to your beneficiaries?

The Plan is a guide to the highest rank, DTL, which does not necessarily imply that at that level, your financial problems are over, so to be at that rank or have 5 PTLs that have qualified you for a DTL rank does not mean you are at the pinnacle of success where there is no more space available to be more successful. This simply means that the journey is heading towards the right direction, so maintain the course and do not deviate dangerously into rough terrain.

This is how I see it, keep developing more stars because it is the surest bet to mitigate against any curve balls life may throw at us without notice.

Your question tells us that you have only identified five future PTLs, hence the first thing is that you should robustly support them to achieve PTL status. This can be achieved through training, setting up of COOP, giving them tips along the way, offering contest, rewards for milestone ..... and ensuring they develop Team Leaders also under them.

With that in place, you should concurrently continue to develop more first-level stars so as to:

1. Prevents redundancy. A time would come that your 5 PTL require almost nothing from you because they had mastered all the intricacies of the business. What do you afterwards, just your daily actions?

2. Produce more star affiliates. It is in your interest and overall interest that the masters of the scheme continues. It broadens the affiliates base of the Sponsor as well as SFI's. The more active people in the business the more profit for the Sponsor and the Scheme.

3. Perpetuate strength in your team. You can develop more PTL and later even reassign them to strengthen your chain and ensure unending residual and leverage income.

4. Profit in Leadership reward. SFI constantly organize Leadership contest every quarter. Except you continue to develop more first-level stars, you would miss out on the reward and prestige of Leadership contest winners.

5. Promote activity in your downline. If you sit idle after developing 5 PTL, you would be showing bad example to your downline. But if you continue to pursue more and more, they would do the same and the chain becomes unending!

First of all, most answers suggested that you already have the 5 PTL’s, but your question suggests that you only identified future PTL’s. Actually it doesn't make that much of a difference. Whether you have them already or not, you must still keep on developing more first-level stars as any of them can fall out at any stage.

My only suggestion is, work with a plan. Identify the stars in your team and work intensively with them first to build their first-level as well, without neglecting your other affiliates completely.And keep on advertising in the meantime to enroll more PSA’s under you. You may need them to help build your movers’ teams. Motivate them by reassigning some PSA’s to them when they reach certain levels like ranks or give them shares in your co-op. Work with them until the reach PTL or even DTL if possible. By that time they will be self reliant.

Then start the process all over again until you have another 5 PTL’s in your first-level, and so on and so on. Why stop when you have 5 PTL’s. It is just a figure that SFI suggests can work to give a nice income if everyone in your down-line has 5 active PSA’s under them, and it’s a manageable amount of active PSA’s to sponsor well.

Most definitely. If you have reached the point where you have 5 team members with the potential to become PTLs you probably won't be doing it for the income lol but more because you enjoy the challenge of developing your team members and seeing them reap the same benefits you have. Plus 'life happens' to people and you never know what's just around the corner. Getting too complacent about having 'discovered' your potential 5 super stars is setting yourself up for a big reality check if one or more of them suddenly drops out or stops working for some reason.

So no, definitely don't stop with just 5. Keep on developing your team to the best of your, and their, ability because you can always reallocate your 'excess' PTLs and top workers if having more than 5 PTLs on your frontline really worries you.

According to THE PLAN having 1500 personal SVP and 5 PTLs on your first level will advance you to the rank of a Diamond Team Leader (DTL). To answer your question, I would like to ask you the following questions:

- What’s your long term goal?

- Would you stop growing your SFI business once you identified your five future PTLs?

- Would your five PTLs enough to sustain the growth of your SFI business?

- What will happen if one or two of your five future PTLs stop or opt out from doing SFI? Would you have enough income to support the growth of your SFI business and afford your life style?

These are important questions you need to consider in growing your SFI business. One of the most important goals in networking business is building a solid and profitable team for many years to come. This is especially important if you’re planning to supplement your income, close to retirement or you want to attain financial freedom.

Identifying my future PTLs alone is not sufficient to address those above mentioned important long term goals.

I will continue to keep developing more first-level stars in my team. Here are the reasons:

- Increasing the number of first level stars in your team will increase the earning potential of your monthly commissions.

- With the increasing number of your first level starts, you’re building a more robust foundation of your SFI organization.

- You’ll have a higher probability of duplicating DTLs in your team as you have more and more Team Leaders who will achieve the rank of PTLs to reassign under your most active PTL.

I always emphasize to my team to adhere to the following important principles to become successful in their own SFI business:

1. Keep sponsoring new affiliates

2. Teach them the ultra-simple 3-step plan

3. Stay connected with them

This is a great question, and before I get into any details, the answer, quite simply, is yes. While it is great that you have already identified your five who will become your future Platinum PSAs, the one question you need to stop and ask yourself is "How can I be sure these five will make it?"

One thing to consider is the fact that we are all individuals, each with our own active lives to lead. You never know when something will happen that causes activity levels to drop or even cease altogether.

Every "plan" requires a backup plan, so if and when your first plan fails, you have another plan to fall back upon, and another plan, and another. A good action plan not only includes the steps we are actively taking to reach our goals, but also includes contingency plans for when things don't go exactly as we had initially planned.

Hello Mary, Any how you want to arrange them just go ahead.
Most important thing is that your earning is coming as expected.
However, as a result of efficiency need and reward benefits for performing affiliates
you can re-assign your first level PSAs to benefit others of your team members:

a. Reassign consistent and always active PSAs to help build your team.
b. Check the number of EA PSAs you have before reassignment, if few consider not to reassign.
c. Since an affiliate can be reassigned only once, be convinced of your action; so you don't lose your benefits.
d. Use the WIN-WIN approach; For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.
e. Another strategy is to use the reassignment tool as an incentive for your PSAs to achieve success.
f. Organize Team Leaders and put EAs under them. Develop Team Leaders who will be making profit, and therefore tend to remain active.
g. Compensation plan for your PSAs. If they sponsor their first affiliate you reward them with two extra for example.
h. Reward every milestone achieved by your PSAs. e.g become Team Leader, and get two PSAs FREE etc.

Outside of motivation, just bring them in:

1. Get new PSAs from Pricebender auctions.
2. Buy PSAs from tripleClicks PSAs TO GO.
3. Set up S-Builder coop for your team to get new PSAs.
4. Get new PSA sign-up through TripleClicks direct referral program.

When they come in, play the leadership role and continue to encourage them:

1. See your team members as your colleagues and not your sub-ordinate.

4. Lead by example, be doer of what you want your team members to do.

If you have already identified your five future PTLs that is fantastic.
It means that you have already done a great job.

But you never know what can happen in life.
For whatever reason one of your 5 PTLs could have difficulties of any kind, slow down or even stop its own activity.

This would mean for you to start over the creation of your plan.
I feel better to be safe from the unexpected while continuing research and recruiting new PSAs, as I see top leaders and top recruiter in SFI do constantly.

This basically has two big advantages:

1. You have a constant flow of new PSA's that keep your business safe and healthy.

2. A great opportunity to help your five or more future PTLs reassigning them PSAs and helping them and their downline to grow steady.

This will rappresent a great way to team working and you as a good leader will show the path to walk through to all your team leaders.

It is imperative to develop as many first generation stars as possible, for the following reasons.

A. The Essence of SFI Success is to build wide and deep.

We earn from our genealogy up to 12 levels deep.

That income cant be compounded in multiples if our first Genealogy Generation is wide enough.

B. It is not Wise, from the business standpoint to rely only on a handfull

1.The more successful team leaders you have on your first genealogy level you have, the easier will it be for you to reach and keep your top SFI Rank.

2. The bigger your SFI active team, the stronger and lasting your success will be.

It is true that some affiliates may feel that managing a small team would be easier than having to deal with a larger team. However, if we use the tools available within SFI, the amount of work is nearly the same, if our team members are trained well enough

3. Life is made of ups and downs that will affect everybody's activity. We cannot predict health and sickness which are part of life and will impact anybody on their ability to work and perform at the level they used to.

5. Accidents and Death are unpredictable.

They have nothing to do with age or even health at a given moment.

One or two top performing stars on our team may be going through life changing circumstances which will affect our overall achievements if we were to rely only on a handful of strong team leader.

You should absolutely keep recruiting and teaching new affiliates.

Here some reasons:

1. You can reassign some of your 1st line affiliates to those who are working hard but struggling.

2. You never know when a PTL or other Team Leader may drop out. That's why #1 is so important.

3. The more team leaders and EA2s you have in your first line, the higher you will go, maybe even DTM.

4. The bigger your team the greater the possibility to earn more income.

5. The more new people you sponsor, the greater the chance of success for you and your team.

6. Never stop learning and growing. Be a good example to your downline and know the answers to their questions.

7. Don't forget to help them earn their own income in SFI from advertising items from their TripleClicks Store. They don't necessarily have to be a seller. This could become too overwhelming for most. Rather, teach them how to sponsor ECAs.

Whatever you do, keep on going. Keep a positive attitude and never quit.
