Recruiting new affiliates is one of the major tools in becoming a better team leader, your commitment and your dedicated time to your downline is also a way out to eager them to do more. Recruiting is easy, but having serious once is another bargain.Most people do not know how SFI general works, besides that for them being able to create time to read outside you teaching them is another thing they have to practice. You also have to help them out with income if it demand, I once fall in such shoe in my first month in SFI. Sincerely speaking, if not that my team leader has to assist me by doing my standing order, I would have fell off track, but I am glad today, I never gave up and with his support I made it through. He also had the mind to help me, because I applied much more efforts, to the extend I was the one who introduced him to FORUM, I already got my GURU badge before he new about forum in general. With my commitment and dedication of time he noticed in me, he has to invest in me. Now I am happy, and glad I have him a sponsor.All the same, some major things that backslide most people in SFI from the beginning are, finances, time creating for themselves to learn things outside their sponsors directives. Also, have it in mind that, those who really wish to be SERIOUS will definitely be.

The only way you will find serious affiliates and know that they're serious is to actually go out and talk to people one-on-one. Whether it be when you're out shopping, at your work place or with family. By talking to them and telling them of the great experience that you are having and the wonderful success and the unlimited wealth that is there for the taking, and based on their response you can decide whether or not they are going to fit in your team. Basically you will be able to screen out those that are just curious versus those that get really excited and share your vision about growing with SFI right then.

The limiting factor though is that you may miss an opportunity for a person who really doesn't know their own capabilities until joining and then realizing what great opportunities there are and becomes very serious in the end result.

I think you can not ensure this at the start. At the beginning, what is also success, you should recruit affiliates. Will some affiliate be SERIOUS or not you will see later during his work. If you said: I wish SERIOUS, sustainable, hard worker - affiliates with a lot of patience and persistence in team building and selling skills with a lot of knowledge for games and with attention to invest some money in this programme-who will do the registration? Only person with a lot of experience in affiliate business who track for good opportunity , or maybe nobody. All this what is written is necessary for success in SFI. Yes Sir....!!!Everybody wanted or would like to have serious affiliates. We can lure prospect by introducing SFI system of business compensation plan (which to me is the best so far in the industry) and every serious SFI affiliates would agree with me.

To have a better average of affiliates recruits to become workers/movers on your team. First recruit those within your family circle and those people who knows you personally. Make the best of your JMT gateway. This new format will make anyone interested, attractive and curios of what is to become one.

You can only have serious affiliates once your referrals will sign up, that’s the time your mentor-ship will play a major role in making them serious with their business

This is definitely a tricky question.
Each individual is different and may have different apprehensions. To built one script to address all would be difficult task but we know that one common thing in each case is earnings.
So, I feel we need to built it around the opportunities SFI provides us to Earn. List them out to prospects and their would be something they would get attracted to.
Residual Income
ECA commissions
TripleClick commissions
Pay per action earnings
Other kind benefits in the process.

If they join with a specific purpose in mind then definitely they would remain serious in what they are doing.
It again boils down to product knowledge, interest and self confidence of prospects to drive them to success.

It's hard a simply to answer the that question, it depends from person to person.

There are several ways to recruit good new affiliates, but I would be reduced to two basic :

FIRST I TELL THEM WHAT SFI ISN'T

SFI isn't a system based on the grid model, pyramid model or some other type or models of manipulative , than it's a system type motivating .

If we take the example of a model "grid" where you fill grids on the principle of 4 fields, usually of the system get or pay $ 10 to start with, which you can fill one of the 4 fields, and for the other 3 you need pay $ 30, your of course. If at a particular time does not fill in all 4 fields extinguish your fields that you previously completed and lose all youre invested. If you manage to complete all 4 fields, start you to filling the grid of 4x4 grids, which means additional costs for the remaining fields. Earnings usually invest in filling the remaining fields and grids. Again, if at a particular time does not fill all 4 grids off you and those you have previously completed and lose all your investment. If you manage to complete all 4 grids, you start to filling the grid of 4x4 grids. Thereafter following filling higher level 4X16 ... and so on. So, the system is financed by bringing new members who will bring fresh capital. When the flow stops system crashes. Who's earning? Always the ones who are at the top ... And where are we here? Yourself Calculate and evaluate whether it is worth the risk!

If we take the example of the "pyramid", system is based on the principle, pay entry into the system and bring three new members who will pay an entrance fee. One will be used to get a return on investment, and the other two to enter fresh capital for distribution by the levels to be "up". Now these three new members must bring three new members (total 9) for return your bet and that you may make some money. What if ...? If you do not bring three new members or they do not bring three new members? No fresh capital, there is no earnings ... system crashes.

THEN EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT SFI IS !

The SFI is system in which themselves choose when and how it will work and earn money. The system isn't based on a "must" than "can". Associates don't must anything and are do not have obligations. He who enabled them to enter the system is not slave driver, but he's a person who will for work the team to use a motivation, but most often will motivate by example.

What is it that the makes SFI the motivational system?

- Free education, training, training of, lessons, etc..

There really is not a way to ensure that you'll only get serious affiliates, you have to contact them as soon as they join your team and fill them out and fill them in.
Give them what you know and explain to them how this works, be the teacher everyone loves. show them how to get their 1500 vp points right off the bat, then explain to them they must login every day and also get a standing order for the month.
show them the Earnings calculator, explain to them they will need to get other affiliates "PSA's" just like them self doing the same thing.
Express the value of the VP Ledger and why everyone needs to look at that all the time to make sure they have not missed any VP points.
There is a lot to teach, so get busy.
