Good Morning. In my experience in SFI, it is better to be open to all languages and cultures, not only to our language of belonging.
This is because we do not know how many will be willing to work with us, and how many of those who register will then be really active.
Also, not knowing perfectly the foreign language, we still aid of online translators (for example, google translate).
Finally, if we are among the a2a, we can make friends with members of the nationalities of our new

I"d say it is better to leave all your options open.

Locally you can try to speak to 7 people a week;
I do it when I am out doing errands.

But on line, this website has members from all over the world.
Place your ads and everyone will translate them to their language.

I have 7 movers from the same country. So I put them in a co-op together.
Then I purchase hits, and referrals just from their country.

Remember you are looking

This is an international business, you are not here as a nation, and shouldn't restrict your business growth by focusing on what is easiest.

I cringe when I see this question asked or someone talk about assigning all their Hindu, Russian, or Spanish Speaking affiliates to PSA who speak their language as opposed to the idea of trying to support that member.

For what can be gained in terms of communication improvements you can lose in terms of control and growth for your business.

Hi Marija

To confine yourself to your own language, environment, culture etc. is really restricting your potential in SFI.

Check out the Launchpad 5 "Borderless is Beautiful"

The internet is GLOBAL, and there's nothing to stop your business reaching globally too. How many of those 2.8 BILLION internet users would you like on your team?

Plus, through SFI, I have connected with like-minded people from all

I don’t think building a team within my own spoken language and environment will make any difference to how successful I want to be.

SFI is global- it has no boundaries, and the internet makes it so easy and convenient to communicate and to work with people from other parts of the world, any time, anywhere.

It is also very limiting to confine your business to those around you. While communication may be much easier, it can also breed some unhealthy competition and personality

1.SFI Business is being done on Global platform. And as such there is almost 100 % possibilities that the team members in your team have different language as their primary language and Language being an important medium for communication making communication in different languages makes it that much difficult for team leaders to communicate.

2.At the same time if you can have time and enough interests in learning additional language, an affiliate team member in your team will love to

Building a team within a specific language zone or build a truly global team beyond one’s mother country and language speaking zone is a personal choice. But before deciding which choice is suitable for you, we must consider the following points:-

01. Do you have good communication skills?
02. Are you fluent in English?
03. Do you know any other languages, other than English and your vernacular language (if English is your second language)?
04. Do you have good command

SFI is a Global Business Opportunity. You do not want to place restrictions upon yourself by building solely on your own environment and language.

Powerful programs exist to convert one language to another. If you have a PSA that is a real go-getter from India, for example, you can reassign others of your team from that county to that active PSA.

I also advertise in my area but I will not restrict myself to that alone. Neither should you.

Definitely you are certain of success when you build a team on your own spoken language. If you're to make an impact in your team, you must have a feeling of all the members in it. This can only be practical if you understand each other, and the language barrier will hinder this achievement.
Building a team entails a lot of activities for yourself. Your own success is subject to the success of each of the member that you bring in. You don't wanna leave this to chance by having team members speaking

The concept is that you can catch more fish when you are on a bigger lake. By that I mean that if you limit your target group to your own circle of influence, you will miss out on the benefits that come with a global company such as SFI. The internet makes it possible for you to cross language and cultural boundaries so it is ok to take down the boundaries and go for whoever responds. By the way, most of my active PSAs and CSAs come from other countries so if I stuck to my own language and environment,
