If you are advertising and your advert does not carry the necessary information that will compel a person to take a decision, then why advertise.In my opinion the advert should carry the necessary information whether it is more or less. Let the person understand and know to some extent what your advert is all about to enable him or her take a decision.
in answer i would say that you go with enough detailed information, it will help peoples to understand what you are advertising. and if they found interest the must click on your ad and then land on your referral pages where they could signup or purchase any tripleclicks products that can help your business. Ads with less info could be ignored as peoples want full detail not cuttings.
