Hi, David!

If your team confirm their e-mail address then contact them directly there but you should not forget to use the PSA's messenger minimum twice per month.
Also if some of them are living in the same country as you and they provide you their phone in their SFI account, this is also good way to keep in touch and motivate them.
Don't forget to make competitions often and give them reward for participation, then they will initiate more often communication with you.

No, Emma. There is no such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. If they need your support, you should give them a shoulder. Don't worry that you will disturb them. They register here to build their business with SFI just like you, so don't worry. Keep doing what you do just now, be active and you will reach the starts!
In case that you believe that you disturb some of your affiliates too much, then it's better to clarify this with them instead of worry for nothing. Good luck, Emma!

If you would like to ensure yourself that your PSAs and CSAs got their messages you could provoke them by the following ways:

1. Suggest them support.
2. Request if they have questions.
3. Ask them questions based on their performance.
4. Explain them what type of competition do you plan to create for them and ask them for feedback.
5. Explain them what type of rewards you plan to give them based on competition planned for specific period. Ask

My point of view is both is a must! If you want quicker success in your SFI business you should have both. Just don't forget to maintain your blog every month. You need to be focus to refresh your information there and provide for example the latest hot items available in Tripleclicks.

The best way to get new PSAs to commit to SFI is:

1. To lead by example. If you are not putting effort and you didn't learn enough from SFI site then you can't expect that your new PSAs will want to follow you.
2. Support them all the time when they need you. Answer them not later than 48 hours.
3. Be their guru. This means that you should show that you have lots of badges gained because you really know what you are doing and it show at the same time that you know exactly how

The best way to attract more PSAs and ECAs is to make short and proper advertisement. In the Business if you are not accurate and short when you express yourself, you lose the attention of the auditory. So, my advice is to attract more you should write less.
