Never,ever be their Boss,your their Leader of a your Team Of Business Partners.
So always apply equal respect.You know the old saying; You can lead a horse to the water but you can't make him drink!
So thing is you have to get them to like the water.(The Business).you have to get them interest in the business. Your the business owner,so you have to sell you.
They must see your loyalty,your dedication,your steadfast,your success.
You must talk,walk 7 show case your business at all times.
they won't get your business buzzing,you have too.Every Time they contact you sing SFI/TC till they get it too.Lol!

That 1 doubt from you could be your blocker from you recruiting & succeeding.
One thing I'll encourage you to do is hit them with it & move on to the next ones.when promoting your business verbally.
with your personal sponsor affiliates,just keep feeding them support.'Some will & some won't be interested,but you keep at them to you find your shining Stars as i do.they will shine for you & for me too.
Thing is we must always be ready to receive them all with opening arms & all the SFI/Tc tools of business love & passion they need.
