I think you must to send them a TEAM MAIL message to be sure that they will receive it. You can ask them to respond to you. In that way you will make first communications after they read your welcome message as sponsor. If there are some possibilities for using skype, I think that will be the best way of communications with living pictures.
Hello. If the message is sent to the correct address, email recipients will get it. It depends on how often they check their emails when will they read it.

The only thing that you can be sure is your own work. As co-sponsor I send every day messages to encourage and teach my affiliates under my responsibility as co-sponsor the little things I´d leaned the day before, so they get the energy and knowlegde to work in SFI. After I had learned how to deal things in SFI web page and I pass it to my co-sponsor daily. When I had received from them a good feed back is the fact that I need to say that my work is already done.
It´s a constant and daily work to form yourself as a co-sponsor!

There's many ways that SFI teach us to help our CSA's and PSA which is:
All during the month there's a genealogy where you can do a group mailing to all your CSA's and PSA's and this way are the one most powerful that all your CSA's and PSA's will get your massage at same time.

I believe that the whole problem is the lack of communication. But you should try not only by the Group message that is available in genealogy . You must first of all search and send direct messages in the email of the person performing and pulling friendship.
