If you find a step that seems to big for someone to do at this time, step back and find the things that they can do and do them well.
Help them see the benefits to doing their SFI business eveyday.
Teach them do not pressure them.
Teach them how to set small goals to reach long range goal.
Teach the little things like where to go so they learn.
One step, one day, takes you closer to what you want to achieve.
