Hi Sakir,
There best thing you need do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages is to emphasize to them how important it is to whitelist [email protected] and their upline email addresses. Emphasize that this will help to reduce nondelivery of the messages. It will help to ensure that they receive SFI LaunchPad, our 30-day getting started training series, other vital newsletters and sales notifications from SFI. By including their upline email addresses, it will help them

Some of this is out of your control, but you can try to contact them and make sure they add your email address to their contact list. This will let their email provider know that you are a trusted contact and it will decrease the possibility of your message getting moved to the junk folder. Along with that, be careful about sending out bulk messages. Some email providers have built in safeguards against spam, so if you send out bulk email to more than 10 contacts at a time, your message could

what is needed is that your PSA and CSA put your email address in the white list .

What is needed first is an opted in response for acceptance of the mailings to continue reception as in the case of traditional. The only way to be sure they are reading them is from the Affiliate Center. Check their ledger for improvements in areas that were stagnant before you addressed the issues there. Check the "Movers" tab. There we can see those who contacted us by email for advise in a specific area, and we can see the outcome of improvement in that area mentioned in the email communication.

To make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your e-mails,send a E-card to them.It goes to their e-mail and to their inbox here at SFI.

Make sure you ask them two questions.Ask for a response.

I usually say to im me,answer in e-mail ( I give it) and get back to me when you have time.

Always send the whole team a mailing once a week.Add a question here too.

Maybe you need help.I forgot how to do a certain skill.I titled my mailing I need help.

Do you ever want to prepare a delicious food item which will be thrown directly to the dustbin? Absolutely you do not. You question is very similar to this.

1. Writing a perfect mail to PSAs and CSAs take a lot of time and research with knowledge. If your PSAs and CSAs do not read those mail, why should you send them?

2. Regular motivational and Guiding mails are key to active the sleeping PSAs and CSAs. These mails keep the active ones excited and can develop a PTL from sleeping

"What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?"

Hi,

First of all, you should regularly send your mails to your CSA's and PSA's.
However, you can't never be 100% sure that they are receiving them.
If they receiving them, there is also a possibility that they don't read them.
The only factor that could indicate that they are receiving and read your email messages is when they answer at them (either regularly

Ask them! We know that unless they aren't looking for the messages, likely-hood of them physically receiving them are very high. Are they willing to do anything about the content of the email, is a better question. Ask for feedback or suggestions from your CSA/PSA's as to what would be most helpful and catch their interest the most. Also use SFI and their mail system regularly. You know its getting to the person, because SFI has great mail software.
Use contests to help improve response

The facilities provided by SFI to Team Mail every week to CSAs and PSAs by e mailing is a fool proof way to ensure that the messages are received. Apart from this the weekly stream messages too should reach them if they use the computer.
However if they do not login daily and do not read e mail messages there is no other way of making sure that messages will be received. Further, if they do not respond it is obvious that they are inactive and nothing further could be done.

If you use the genealogy team mailer and there is an address that is on file the mail will get to them. Now if they want to open and read the email well that is another story. There are those that have signed up to be in SFI and seeing all the things that are involved they just plain do not want to here about it. Most won't even read the email.
As far as finding out if they got or even looked at the email you might ask them to let you know one way or the other. Not even then is there a guarantee
