What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

There is no better goal. If you could do both, why not. Sponsoring hundreds or even thousands of PSAs would not guarantee success. But we have better chances of discovering the diamonds in a bigger number. This business is about duplication. We must be smart in identifying the potential PSAs in our pool and once the momentum is there, to continue building and nursing it and to encourage duplication. This is a business of both numbers and duplication.Of course in the beginning you have to get as many PSAs as possible. Slowly you start to see the serious ones who become EAs.It is then your duty to show these EAs how to recruit as many PSAs as they can, and once they start developing their own EAs your team grows. Otherwise if you only concentrate on recruiting new PSAs and not spending some time to help your EAs grow, your team might not grow as expected.

The better goal would be to train yourself not to know FSI, but to understand it. When you understand it, then sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year and produce hundreds of trainers every year.
When you understand SFI, you will be a good trainer. When you are a good trainer you'll train the trainers.
SFI has a simple way and training to run your business. If you are an awesome sponsor, you give your downline the strong foundation and then they can run the show themselves.

Sponsor hundreds PSA sounds nice, but there is not much effect, if you are just a number on paper.
If a large number of PSA has a small number that is worth doing and why hundreds of PSA that does not work. Did sponsor hundred names with no results! If it's important that I'm SPONSOR hundreds PSA then wakes.

For me, I don't think there's a reason to limit yourself to a selected few if you can have more affiliates. Yes, a few quality, engaged affiliates can do the magic but hey, if you can have more why not go for it?

I think the question here is time. If you have the time to sponsor and follow up lots of affiliates, I beg you, please go for it.
On the other hand, if you cannot afford the time needed to follow this through, then simply stick with a few active ones.

SFI is not. WE make SFI so complicated. We should go back to basic and learn the Ultra Simple Plan again.

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month
2. Recruit 5 Affiliates (use marketing methods provided by SFI, under Marketing tab)
- Tell your friends and family to sign up as SFI affiliates (provide you link to them)
- Add your "signature" to your e-mail. Most modern e-mail browsers allow you to set up a "signature"

In reality, one builds on the other. By sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs, you can find the smaller number of EAs within the PSAs so you can share your experience with them and they can learn how to create EAs for themselves. So I say build and teach and then repeat! The PSAs you have, the bigger potential you have for building EAs who follow your example.

I must say that this is very good question, and a lot of people probably were thinking same way as you. If you look closely, you can see that there is a connection between sponsoring hundreds of PSAs and teaching a smaller number of PSAs their job. I know that you asked for a year, but for example I will use months. If you monthly bring 50 PSAs, you are able to see who is worth to show them your attention. And of that number, who are worthy, you will make a great team for this

Of course, it is better to teach EAs who could each develop EAs themselves.
But to get EAs you will be obliged to sponsor hundreds of new PSAs. It's not so easy to get and maintain EAs. Most of the time you will get only a small number of EAs among hundreds of new PSAs.
Search of quality is good, very good, but don't let it make you waste too much your time. Be sure to keep an open smitten about sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs

Sponsoring PSA's is a goal all of us have. Getting PSA'a to be active is the catch all of us must face.

I am going to assume you are talking about PSA's to go vice recruiting PSA's in local town/city.

I have noticed buying PSA's to go through TripleClicks that I don't get a lot of active downline and also I get a lot of them with bad emails. This doesn't help my business and it can't help yours either.
