Eternal question:what is better - quality or quantity?
Well,I say that you need quantity to get quality.
What does it mean?
First, when you get new PSA,just by his/her name you can't tell if someone's serious about this business or not.And at the beginning you never can tell with 100% guarantee if someone will become bronze, silver or gold team leader or not. Some PSA have a great start, but then, for some reason, leave this job.Others may be inactive at first, but later it turns out to be great leaders. If you sponsor many affiliates you'll notice it too.
So,you may have hundreds of affiliates, but not all of them will work seriously.Sad fact, but it's like that.Because not all the people see this business the way we see it.Our's duty,as their sponsor,is to present them this opportunity the best way we know. Some will follow us,others won't.Saying goes "work with workers",so spot the workers in your downline, the ones who are progressing, and focus on them.
That doesn't mean that you totally abandon others.Keep in touch with them, send them e-mails once in a month or so,check if maybe situation have changed. But keep your primary focus on those who are willing to advance.Your time is precious, you can't waste it,have more respect for it.
On the other hand, you may choose to start with a little group of PSA and to focus on all of them from the very start. That's nice, because work in small groups enables the leader to get in more personal connection with his group members, which will result with better training.
However,as I said, not all of us are the same and not all of us see thing the same way.So you may have situation that you focus on little group and to find out later that you've chose wrong persons to train with. Then after a while you'll have feeling that unfortunately you just wasted your time.
So,my advice is to combine those two:get larger group of members, then see who are the workers, and then put your efforts to promote them into team leaders. It's like in sports:at the beginning you have many kids coming to training, but not all of them will end up playing in the first team.As time goes by their trainer (sponsor) will notice who is working and who is not,and then he will focus on the smaller group, but it will be a group of good workers. And it will bring the sponsor incredible results.
You never know where the hidden diamond lies.Maybe you won't find it at first. But keep searching for it,and sooner or later, after "a million" ones, rest assured that it will appear. That's the way to success. That's why we need quantity to get quality.
