It is always worthwhile to send regular supportive emails or PSA/CSA Mailers to everyone on your team, including those who generate 0 VP. They are your leads and as long as they do not opt out, your job is to let them know how they can benefit from this wonderful business opportunity.

Do not get discouraged! You never know who may get inspired by one of your messages. There are many examples of high-ranking SFI affiliates who took a long time to get started and then went on to become Gold or Platinum Team Leaders.

So do not inundate your inactive affiliates with too many messages, but do not let them forget you either. Continue to send useful information and make sure the contents are interesting and cheerful. Give them a taste of what they are missing by highlighting your achievements and those of other team members.

You never know… when the circumstances are right, maybe a few of your inactive members will finally be ready to commit; they may even turn out to be some of your most active affiliates, so do not give up on them.

You should always follow up with your PSAs and CSAs regardless of their activity. Life happens and things change. An affiliate who is preoccupied by a career today may in 6mos have to resources to create an extra stream of income with SFI. Never say never. I have been in SFI for over 7 years and I have only been active for 4 of those years. For whatever reason, I delayed the process of growing my SFI business until I was inspired to do so. I didn't get a lot of support from my upline, but in time I learned enough about what I wanted to do and what I needed to do.

Therefore, just because your PSA or CSA is not accruing VP does not mean that they are not thinking about the business opportunity. Some of them just might be waiting for the right stimulus to spur on their activity. Wouldn't that be great if I came as a result of a good email message that you sent them? If you don't send the message, you can not affect their decision to continue.

Weekly follow with them is good enough. Focus your efforts on the active affiliates least they become inactive because they feel alienated because you are not supporting them.

Let me say straight away that PSAs and CSAs even if inactive at the moment are very valuable assets in SFI. That some have 0 VP and have been inactive for some time does not make them less valuable. When you factor in that very many legitimate reasons could be responsible for their inactivity, you will get to appreciate my reasoning the more.

Having said that, be informed that it is good business to treat all your PSAs and CSAs equally as valuable assets to your business whether they are active or inactive. Reason is because those active today may be inactive tomorrow and vice versa for various reasons. My advice therefore, in direct answer to your question is that it is very worth it to keep sending supportive emails to your PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and have been inactive for weeks or months.

Here are some more business reasons why it is worth it sending supporting messages to ALL your PSAs and CSAs whether active or not.

1. An affiliate not active today may be active tomorrow.

2. An affiliate active today may be inactive tomorrow.

3. Inactive affiliates may have active affiliates under them which are very valuable in your own downline.

4. A seemingly inactive affiliate may actually treasure and is appreciative of your support messages.

5. Your continued support messages could make an inactive affiliate to be active.

6. Continued support messages are a direct proof of concern for the welfare of ALL your affiliates.

7. All affiliates in your downline are very valuable even if with inactive affiliates that value is POTENTIAL in nature.

8. The biggest craving of any human being is recognition and that is exactly what your continued support messages do to inactive affiliates.

Finally, let me remind you once more that ALL your affiliates are important and VALUABLE whether they are active or inactive. That is exactly what should inform and shape your dealings with them continued support messages inclusive.

Well. i would like to answer this.

In my experience I am a live example for your question. I signed in early days of march this year,but did not even bother to open again.

I started getting mails from my sponsors but i did'nt respond at all assuming that this SFI will also direct me to invest money and promote their products. I never bothered to open my mails too.

Months passed and in middle of may month again I got a weekly mail from my sponsor and on that day to be frank in an irritated mood I opened my mail. But after reading his mail slowly I started having a second opinion about SFI and I thought why not give it a try when it is free and a great support with my sponsor and SFI.

Here started my journey with SFI. Almost three and half months after my signing in.

As soon as I started I got the mail from my sponsor with all his support.I wanted to give a try.I serioulsy regretted for not working with SFI after few days.

I made EA then EA2 then BTL in two and half months.it is six and half months now with SFI.And I cannot imagine myself with out working with SFI.

Now I am an STL for the second month and I too have lots of inactive PSAs and CSAs, but on the other hand I can see that many respond and mail me or whats up me about working with SFI and I take over them from there and I have few PSAs moving towards BTL.

So for my knowledge it is definitely worth to send supportive mails and ecards periodically.One fine day you will see them active.

What you should do reactivate your inactive affiliates:

- Stay in Touch
Your affiliates are your business partners. It is important as they become a part of your team, to make an initial contact. Staying connected with them consistently might prevent them becoming inactive.

- Engage and Motivate

You can send an inactive E-Card to motivate your affiliates who are inactive. This might give a push for them to come back and become active. You can follow up your E-Card motivation by sending them the latest “SFI by the Numbers”, this is a good way to re-ignite their interest and spark their curiosity since becoming inactive.

- Keep Monitoring

Go to your Genealogy and monitor your PSAs/CSAs activity. The Basics section will show you about the date of your PSAs/CSAs last login. Even after reactivating your inactive affiliates, you need to keep track to stay on top of this group. You can review the VP(M) section and see if they have started collecting VPs. You can based your next message from this as they progress. Use the powerful features of Genealogy which allow you to pull reports by group, ensuring effective and relevant up-to-date data..

The short answer to this question is YES.

As long as they have not opted out of the system just keep on connecting with them. Even if they dont respond to your emails, just keep on sending them.

Many people who sign up remain inactive for weeks and months only to become active at a later date. The reasons for this are many and varied: not knowing what to do, fear, family circumstances - procrastinating, busy with work etc..

I personally signed up and then because of work did not do anything about it until about 2 weeks later. The emails from Support and my Sponsor kept me aware of SFI and got me started. I currently have PSAs who have become active after long periods of absence. One of them is going to be an EA this month after being inactive for 2 months after joining.

Yes it is definitely worth it. Keep sending those supportive emails. Be patient and keep on persisting with them.

I sure do think it is! Aside from SFI, let’s say you have a brick and mortar store and you send a coupon to the surrounding neighborhood oh… every other month. Something will come up one day and one will say oh! I need an (XXXX), I know I have a coupon for that place! I think if you stay persistent and keep emailing them and even forgetting about them while doing it. You may just say something one day that they NEED to hear, have something they WANT to see, something they WANT to do! One never knows!

I have received a lot of clients for my service business by doing this and it works. If they are constantly (but no spam) seeing your name and business name in their email box and you always have some fun, catchy tag line to make them intrigued offering some education or have something they want and need they will look at it eventually and either come back and be active or unjoin themselves.
They will also see the passion for what you do. :)

I say absolutely YES it is worth it.

You never know when one of those affiliates will read something you have sent and decide that they want to be more active.

Will we reach everyone of them and convince them all to become active affiliates? No ... but, we also don't know which ones will be the ones that decide "Hey, I'm going to give this a real try.

I will admit that it can be frustrating when looking at the various reports that we as sponsors use to track the performance of our team members.

Every week, I send my newsletters to everyone. I don't believe in excluding anyone just because they have 0 VP and have a long period of inactivity.

I send notes/e-cards to inactive members asking if they have any questions, concerns or need help with anything. I do receive some reply's back, and I have assisted accordingly.

Just because someone is inactive, doesn't mean you should ignore them. Some of the could turn out to be awesome team members for you.

Hi Julito, the wining word in this business is NEVER GIVE UP.
I will advice you to keep sending. Why?

1. Motivation and words of encouragement are the only way to get inactive PSAs and CSAs back to work.
2. They are just like a seed you burry in the soil, which one will prosper you don't know.
3. Every effort you put in this business is rewarded, they will bounce back one day if you keep talking to them.
4. A number of these inactive affiliates just need someone to assure them that they are in the right place.

Rather do the following to win them back:

1. Make inactive CSAs and PSAs feel wanted.
2. Ask why your affiliates has not logged in for sometime now. From the statement you may understand the problem;
3. Let them know you are willing to help them achieve success if they are committed.
4. Total neglect or hash words will shut them out totally, so don't use them at all.
5. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
6. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
7. In your team talk and genealogy mailing, anounce prizes for achieving success; e.g achieve EA this month and get 5 Tcredits etc
8. Always talk to them about the numerous benefits of achieving EA minimum each month in SFI.
9. Look for avenue to congratulate anyone of them that WINs in any contest e.g. Daily Grand where inactive affiliates wins prices sometimes.
10. Always look at your CSA and PSA's VPLedger page and advice on what is required to get going.
11. Inspire them through new discoveries you have learnt, specially those that are of interest them.
12. Share your experiences when you just started and how you survived it.
13. Let your affiliate know that ONLY three things is required: dedication, hard work and unremitting devotion.

Finally, winners don't quit and quiters don't win. Be a WINNER!

You will be receiving answers that will include links where your question has been asked several times. The thing is there are many new affiliates joining every day and that question is asked by those who have not been around enough to find the answers listed in the forum or in the training material through SFI.

I personally believe that the sponsors should be teaching their new affiliates what to expect when they start receiving their own PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and new CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates).

You will find that only about 1% or 2% of the sign-ups will become active and participate in building a home business with SFI and TripleClicks. And it does not matter where the affiliates come from i.e.: auctions, reassignments, purchased sign-ups from ECAs, second home affiliates or ones you personally sponsor.

Part of the reason for the low percentage rate on active members is because SFI is completely free to join so those who are building their business and advertising will acquire a lot of affiliates that just wanted to check out the system and they decide that SFI is not what they were looking for.

This may lead you to think that “joining free” is a bad thing. But it isn’t – Because of the fact that SFI has always been free to join and free training many people from different cultures and backgrounds have been able to join and get a new business started even though they live in a financially stressed country.

As to your question; it is imperative that you continue to include the inactive and dormant affiliates with all the team mail that you are sending weekly or monthly. You never know when someone will read your team mail and wake up to the opportunity that is offered through SFI and TripleClicks.

One inactive affiliate that wakes up can end up being your top producer in your group. When that happens all your efforts and time will more than be compensated for.

Remember as the saying goes “work with the workers” and keep the inactive affiliates in the “know” and that the door for their opportunity is always open and that they will receive your full support when needed.
