Hello,
I think CSA or PSA are the same thing, both give you the opportunity to advance in level and both need to have a sponsor who knows how to direct, although of course the CSA have already directed a sponsor, you like them co-sponsors have a duty to help them in case of need, and undoubtedly your PSA are directly affiliated to you and you can help a lot in your path in SFI, however, i want to reiterate that as sponsor or co-sponsor have the opportunity to have people who have the need to be helped by you and that's what they expect, therefore, although with a slight preference for your PSA, both are and should be treated equally.

PSAs definitely!
It is harder to get them, but award for you is higher.
There is so much more responsibility for you if you have active PSAs under you, in compared to active CSAs.
Active PSAs can generate more good for you.
Look at the SFI compensation plan:

Hi Dave
You want to know which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs. I as far as I know, it is better to pursue PSA's than CSAs.
PSAs are yours forever but the CSA's you can lose them. You can reassign PSAs to your PSAs and grow your business. The benefits are more on PSAs than on CSAs.
I hope this will help.
Thank you
Surely it is better to acquire PSA!
Simply because every action that produces a PSA has a gain of 45% up to 12 genarazioni if you reach the maximum grade.
To grade you earn corresponding Vp.
Certainly it is not easy to acquire good PSA, but we must insist never giving up.
Sooner or later you will find capable staff can develop your work.
CSA on the gain and 15% and the achievement of the rank are not recognized the corresponding Vp.
Fifths from the maximum to acquire PSA without neglecting the acquisition of CSA.
Greetings

Of course PSAs are the best bet comparing the benefits of CSAs. Because PSAs are personally sponsored members in your team, you are benefited 12 levels deep (as per your TL position). Moreover, the commission volume is also higher from your PSAs. However, CSAs are a bonus that complements the income stream. So we cannot reduce the importance of CSAs.
Once again, work with the workers. It doesn't matter whether it is PSA’s or CSA’s. Yes, you get higher commission values from your PSA’s than from your CSA’s, but with the odds of only about 1% of all affiliates becoming active, we can’t be choosy who we “pursue”. Send Team Mails and Newsletters to all your PSA’s and CSA’s, whether they are active or not, but work more closely with your movers, all of them,PSA's as well as CSA's. They can all be very valuable in your business.
We do not pursue CSA's they are given to us by our upline or SFI. They come loaded usually with points already and already are familiar with the business, however we still have to support them.
PSA's on the other hand are new Personally Sponsored affiliates and they either need help or they will take off on their own once they see what an opportunity they have in front of them.
But I am making money off both my CSA's and PSA's so the answer is Both.

Both are good. CSAs a given to you for achieving EA status or can be won at auctions. PSAs can also be won at auctions but you can also recruit PSAs on your own (friends, family, posting ads etc) The both have the same disadvantage of inactivity but when you are fortunate to get active people in your down line, with CSAs earn a 15% commission and PSAs a 45% commission. With PSAs earn matching vp to 12 generations. So the both have their benefits. I recommend both!
I think that you should not make difference between pursuing PSAs or CSAs.
It is clear that you will make more benefits pursuing a PSA than a CSA, but imagine that your PSAs doesn't work like you want. In this case you will be very pleased to get benefits from the work of your CSAs. So it is better to sponsor in the same way PSAs and CSAs. It means doing more job but the benefit it worth it.
