In my opinion it is better to pursue PSAs more than CSAs because your benefits are greater in relation to Direct Commissions. You earn 45% of CV on product from every purchase they make and you receive duplication VP for each PSA that you support to EA and above every month and you also earn matching VP if you are BTL and above. You also have more control with your PSAs seeing that you are their leader.

For CSAs you earn 15% of CV of products on any purchases they make but you do not earn

Easy answer is both. They both earn you commissions in the end. However they are both different things and are attained different ways so you can actively pursue both at the same time.

PSA's ( Personally Sponsored Affiliates) are the people that you bring in through your work in advertising the SFI program. These folks are going to give you a bigger chunk of the commissions and through the power of duplication you can teach them to do the same things that you have done. In this way you

Your question needs some clarification.

You can acquire your personally referred affiliates (PSAs) through:

-Advertising campaign that includes your SFI gateways

- By purchasing at TripleClicks ECAs

- Bidding at Pricebenders Auctions

You acquire your co-sponsored affiliates (CSAs) through:

- Bidding at Pricebenders

- Win CSAs in the Daily Grand and E365 finalist drawing

- You get 2 CSAs every time you achieve

Both I would argue have their place in your downline, although an active PSA gives a better return than an active CSA that are spending the same amount of money and earning the same amount of TCredits.

I actively pursue both CSA's and PSA's as well as TripleClicks members.

I would not want to restrict my business by deciding not to use all the opportunities open to me, to make money or to expand my business.

You will get the bonuses for PSA's and CSA's that remain

You can find the answer if you carefully analyse the SFI compensation plan. Let me demonstrate you how the compensation policy works which ultimately will lead to your answer.

1. Direct Commission: Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member that you have personally referred–places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the CV.

2.Co-Sponsor commission: Each time an SFI affiliate that you are the co-sponsor of places an order at TripleClicks.com,

Which is better to pursue..CSAs or PSAs?

Thanks for this question.

PSAs are basically people who are introduced by your own efforts to SFI Business.

Where as, you are assigned to certain members who are already introduced by some one to help them grow so that you will be able to develop your Team.

Both are required to have a Team, develop the members and grow together with them. Without a Strong and Active Team one will not be able to grow and succeed

I have been in SFI longer than 1 year and now understand the system better than when I joined. I have kept a regular check on my income scoreboard and know that PSAs give you better commissions when they have a standing order. CSAs on the other hand also give you commissions but they are less than the commissions you will earn from your PSAs.

I am a firm believer of diversification in your business and this I understand is to have more than one income stream within your said business.

Neither one is better to pursue than the other. Many SFI Affiliates would not have remained active in SFI were it not for CSAs. I have several very active CSAs. For November 18 CSAs rated me with most of them giving me 5 stars and 8 of those CSAs left me generous, kind and encouraging comments. I passionately support my team and I cherish their comments. I have only one or two barely active PSAs. It is just the way it is and if it were not for a great team of CSAs I probably would have opted out.

Hi Dave,
1. Using the analogy of gems, PSAs can be compared to diamonds and CSAs as sapphire. Both of them have their own values.
2. In a similar manner, it’s highly advisable to give adequate weight age and pursue both PSAs and CSAs. Both of them bring revenue to your income and are the strong pillars of your SFI business. The proportionate shares from the common executive pool and percentage of commission values you can earn from both is highlighted in detail in the following url: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan

I am glad you asked that question. Let's look at the details for each when it comes to commissions. SFI gives you 45% of what your PSAs sell or buy in Triple Clicks. SFI gives you 15% of what ever your CSAs sell or buy in Triple Clicks. Plus you still get a bonus from both your PSAs and CSAs versa points. This may seem like a big difference but I say that the two type of affiliates are equal in importance because you might not have too many active PSAs in your downline but you may have quite a few
