There is a natural law called seed time and havest. Our entire life is
supported by this law. Some translate it to be whatever a man sow, that shall he reap.
Relating to SFI, those things you are doing to assist your team is returning back to you as rewards.
1. Essentially it takes your energy, time, money and commitment to be a true leader.
2. But the motivation encourages your team to always be at their best.
3. You are a leader indeed when you give true leadership support to your team.
4. Your support shows you care for their success.
5. I will advice you keep it up, it is dedication, hard work and unremitting devotion that produce results:

i). Ethusiasms - Have a passion for that success you want.
ii) Perseverance - Never give up at any time, especially when there is discouragement from your affiliates.

i) Explore all avenue to help your affiliates.

C. UNREMITTING DEVOTION:
i) Put in high degree of efforts comensurate with your own future expectations always.
