I have word open so that when I see anything interesting that I think my team would like to read about, I make a note of it in word and then go into it a bit more when I have read up more about it. I also add some pictures to my newsletter that I think makes the newsletter not so serious. You could also add in a small quiz for your team to do for fun. But generally add some news, congratulate your team, write about advertising techniques, add a reminder to those members that have not opened a Standing Order to do so to stay as an EA every month. Ask questions to your team, this in turn shows you who is serious and also you know then that they have received your newsletter too.
Hope this helps you write an interesting newsletter.

Hi Shumiral,
For you to come up with good content for your weekly newsletter to your team you need to note the following points:
1.Let them know how much you care about their progress in Sfi.
2.Tell them the important of logging in everyday and going through the red tabs.
3.let them know especially the new ones the need to be serious with their launchpad lessons
4.Tell them the need to learn all they can about Sfi from Sfi Basics
5.Encourage them to set up Standing Order as many that can afford it
with this tips you should be able to send out a rich newsletter every week.

SFI has a "vault" of valuable content here: www.sfimg.com/PopUp/sampleMessages
These are sample messages that other members have sent to their teams. You can use them just as they are, or what I would suggest is to use them for ideas on what to send to your team.
If you have a blog, you can also send them the first paragraph of a new blog post with a link to read the rest of the article - if it's a lengthy article.
The important thing is that the information is valuable and useful, whether it's making suggestions on sponsoring new members or alerting them of new announcements.

It is easy for me to come up with great content for my newsletters to my team. My problem is being long winded.
I take notes every day.If I learn something knew that my team should know right away,I send an e-card or write a quick note to everyone.
When I first learned about the 50 bids=one new referral,I sent a note to everyone in my down-line.Same thing with the changes to the Wave3 contest. Some things just cannot wait.
Reading articles, ASK SC,using search engines, reading all the forum"s posts helps too.SFI is becoming a great social as well as a business community.

You can find so much free (and often very good) information on the internet that it’s sometimes difficult to decide what to write about. I find that following a formula helps a lot.
Intro: Give a brief overview of the past week. Mention team members who did well etc.
Body: Find an interesting and informative article about network/internet marketing and rewrite it.
Or
Use this tip from Ask SC: Write a good answer to an interesting question and put that in your newsletter
Conclusion: Ask for input and suggestions. Wish your team members the best for the coming week. I also like to add a motivational quote.

I like to keep all my affiliates up to date with what is occurring in SFI. As a consequence I always add anything from the latest news that has happened since my last update. This is especially needed for those affiliates that are not very active or inactive as you never know when something they read may get them to an active status.
I like to give them at least one tip, and again if I have read anything in the forum that I think will be of interest to them I include that.
I try to keep the newsletter or weekly mailing light in nature but also full of useful information.

Just to keep it short what I usually do is include links to any news that I think is good for boosting business with an explanation of why. I include a shout out to the movers and a small tip about something that will help with their business.
I also include links to my leadership page which I update the blog on once a week for the newsletter. I also include a link to my personal home business blog that I run off site, which I also update once a week for the newsletter.
In short use what you do and find interesting to fill in your newsletter.

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?
Very good question!
Firstly I want my weekly newsletter to my team to make an impact on them and get them more interested and focussed on SFI to build their business and for them to become top performers.
I read a lot of motivational books and also all the info on our SFI website.
Firstly write what you think you would like to receive in such a letter. Give them good advice on how to progress in SFI. Encourage
them and praise them when they've done something good or achieved something.
You can also get a lot of info to include in your newsletter on SFI website.
I hope this will help you.

The most important of the contents that you write should be about the Success you achieved or anyone of your A2A friends achieved. For example, if you are aprticipating in Games, having fun and receiving prizes write about them.
Secondly, you could talk about the Downline affiliates and how good they have been performing. Please encourage the Downline to keep up the good work they do.
Thirdly, write about what plans you have, what incentives you propose & contests that you are contemplating. This will give you Feed back from the downline.

Well in my opinion I would share the following content for my weekly newsletters to my team :
Bearing in mind to adopt the KISS principle that is keep it short and simple jargon free and not overload with too much info say at the most 4 to 5 takeaway points at one time with relevant examples to Tripleclicks listings and various products highlights to bidding and winning Price-bender auctions, the various ASK SC sections and the various contributions to listing and setting up and ECA to recruiting and promoting ECAs for maximum commissions to sponsoring , duplicating and advertising and promotions methods and platforms to mentoring tips and the lists goes on.
