If this were me, then this is what I would do. I would print up some small leaflets and do a drop around my local area. I would also include my friends and family who perhaps live a little further away and give them a leaflet also.

The leaflet should be brief, to the point and intriguing so that your visitors want to come to your house to find out more.

1.My suggestions insert some activity like children get together games. Do some fun activity that everyone you think they enjoy.
2.Have coffee break and get to know. Getting contact and how they are and soon.

Well, a get together is exactly that, getting together to socialize and do business. I suggest you do the following:

1. Fix the get together in a public and easily accessible place.
2. Fix the date and timing taking local settings into consideration.
3. Personally welcome attending members as they arrive.
4. Open the meeting with locally acceptable protocols.
5. Debate the agenda with members and agree on it.

Well I guess I would get ready the following for a more fruitful local get-together for A2A affiliates.:

Have a RSVP and have everyone's HP n contact updated on a created what sap group for easier coordination and communication

Create an agenda where everyone can have say 2min ice breaker n their sharing on the SFI business .and focus on just 1 or 2 topics for a start and don't be too ambitious

I like opportunities. In life as well as here at SFI, you must use every situation to your advantage. Since you have planned a local get-together for a2as, continue with your plan and just invite your neighbors as well. At the meeting, just discus TC/SFI, games, auctions, etc and brainstorm some strategies. You and your A2A affiliates should definitely use that time to discuss dreams to achieve that will bring monthly income to each and every one of you.

Share the importance of logging in everyday. This will help increase your VP and your rank. The higher the rank-the higher your commission.

Local get-together with A2A Affiliates is a very good way for self-improvement and motivation.
These are the things that you can do together:

Getting to know each other I guess should be the first and foremost....

When the ice has been broken, each can share their experiences in SFI so that you can know what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks each one have been through.

From there, all of you can work out and help each other out become better affiliates by really going into team support.

Make sure that you end your get together with everyone feeling better, more motivated and light-hearted.
