The important thing is preparation, goal setting, daily planning, thinking about the possibilities, ways and techniques that we can use to improve our business ( this can happened anytime and anywhere, in various parts of our days and our lives) - We should take notes when this happened!.. ...
So ,I suggest Start your day the evening before,by planning what you need to be done, the next day . Take notes on what to concentrate and put a time limit for every activity you need to do.This way it will not happen to count in one job and ignore the other things that must be done during the day.
Plan regular activities, also plan your weekly and monthly goals and set a time for them (the new advertising techniques, new methods and tools, research...), this you can plan once a week or more, depending on your commitment and other activities.
If we plan our time this way we can be successful with only a few hours daily for regularly activities, and another few hours weekly for learning and specialization, but we are all individuals with different habits, skills and goals, so everyone of us should find a most effective way to use the time for the best results.
