Sometimes we are happy how our downline is advancing, sometimes were are not so happy and think it can be done better.
When you're not satisfied with how's you team members doing, these are the steps you can take:
1. finding "problematical" member(s) - notice who is doing right,and who isn't
2. notice the nature of the problem - is the problem in not finishing all the daily tasks in SFI,or is it in not following the tips/suggestions you gave them,or is it in frequent absents (=not logging in) of your members,or some other issues
3. think of possible solution - after you put "diagnosis" you will need "therapy" for your affiliates
After that your diplomatic skills come in power:
1. Beginning - say something like "Hello, how are you doing today?" or something like that for a start
2. Inform them that you have noticed that something is not right - you can say "I have noticed that you are doing fine, but some things are not going as planned"...or "I want to draw your attention that this [name the issue] can be done in different way/different approach"...or "I want to point out that you have problem(s) with this [name of the issue]"...or something else, just to let them know that you KNOW that something's wrong
3. Giving them solution/idea - you can say "I would advise you" or "I would suggest you" or "I would solve that problem in this way...[tell the solution]" or "I think it can be solved in another, more effective way"
4. Final words - at the end you can say "Let me know if that helped you" or "Inform me of the results of the idea/suggestion I gave you" or "I'm sure you'll have more success that way" or "If you still don't understand what/how to do,just ask me,and I'll explain you better".
All in all,try to "choose words" when talking to your team members,so they don't get idea that you are "reprehend" them or that you want to act like a boss to them.
