This is usual and good question that am sure everyone is aiming to have this on their Team.

In my own suggestion try to show yourself as a good example to your PSAs /CSAs and kindly explain to them what are the good benefits when we purchase the below thru TClicks.

1. Standing Order - This is essential to maintain the 1500 VP monthly and to improve your ranking from AFF to EA..and so on

2. Provide them some few Tcredits in order for them to participate some auctions and play a games where they can earn MRPs.

3. Show your Stuff's that you are selling on Triple clicks in order for your downline to incourage and to get their own TCredits to list their own stuffs.

4. Encourage your downline and try to motivate them by sharing your ideas, opinions and give them your full support when they need you as this is a good tool to develop your relationship within your team and this can create a duplication at the end and i believed as per Sir Gery's said " Work with the Workers"

To start with i will quote a famous saying of Mahatma Gandhi-" First change yourself the way you want to see the world".
To encourage anybody for doing a job , we should first do the jobs ourselves.Once we become accustomed to it we can advice others to do it.
There are many things which can be done in Tripleclicks.

1)With so many products available for our day to day use , we can find out ourseves which are cheaper than the market. Cheap and fine quality goods are normally going to be accepted by anyone including our downlime members.

I encourage mine by adding a link to my product of the week at the end of my weekly email.
The link for the product with your id embedded is found on the product page under the SFI Affiliates tab.
These are always products that I have personally purchased, so I know the quality and value of the products.
Sometimes it is jewellery, baby items, a collectable (I have purchased some great war memorabilia for a collector in the family). Other times I promote a sign up or traffic package.

There's no guarantee that this will work, but most will click on the link to check it out and that is a great start to them actually taking a look at some of the products available.

One thing I have found is that the people in your downline who "get the SFI concept" (they understand), and who consistently work their business will not need much encouragement. I will let the people in my Genealogy know about products I use and suggest some they can use to maintain their EA rank.

In any online business there is no money to be made until somebody buys something or sells something. This is true in SFI. It's not like SFI and Gery Carson have a huge store of cash they can pay out to people who don't buy or sell anything.

Remind your people that this is a real business and that business transactions need to take place in
TripleClicks before anyone makes money. Hopefully people in your downline and in mine will understand how this works. It's a great business and the door of opportunity is open for every member.

It is like a department store with every imaginable department so if your team members haven't noticed, show them the different departments. Help them to see how they can save money in the long run by buying the things that they need from TripleClicks.

Be an example and purchase items regularly. A standing order is good but purchasing at other times will send a message that you are not in it just for the benefits of an SO but for transfer buying as well.

First get to know your downline. Read their profile and see why did they join SFI. Also. Check what is it they like best about SFI. Look at what they consider their person strengths in promoting their SFI business.

Read their goal message everyday for a week or two. Each day the click the goal but they record what they did that day. If you are responsive to what they enter, you will receive ever better information from them.

Knowing your affiliate is critical.

Once you identify their strengths and weakness, and you identify the things they are currently engaged in to reach their goals, you are ready to help them achieve their objectives.

When you suggest products from TripleClicks that will solve their problems. If they see a product as a solution, they will be more likely to engage that solution.

For example, suppose your affiliate said in his profile what he liked best about SFI was the games and what he likes least is building a team. He/she is probably not going to be interested in PSAs to Go.

Then cultivate your offer directly to that affiliate. Example, use the Tip EPostcard and write an affiliate,
