In the above scenario please active Standing Order (SO) 125 Credits and updated Credit Card / PayPal etc) and fix a date as per your convenient date for processing of SO automatic. So that you will maintain your SFI Position.

This is applicable to EA level not higher like BTL/STL/PTL.

For BTL/STP/PTL – needs Action Versapoint. Which is not posiable.
You can not year Daily Grand Entry.
You can not participate in Biding so many so forth.

Dear Friend!

Thinking about SFI even in vacation, must get real appreciation. This shows that you have taken SFI as your own business and taken it even to deeper thought like its your life, dream and passion. Applause for this Friend....

Well Friend! To the first part of your question, i.e : "best way to maintain my SFI position, even in vacation" I hope this would be a best answer.

You have always given option to do SFI works even in iphone, tab, laptop, net cafe etc., and now in modern world you can get internet availability even in nuke and corner of this World. So, getting net connections won't be a big problem if you could plan, just a bit in advance about your stay.

Your regular daily actions would take just 30 min on maximum to finish off. So, even in vacation, you can do them without break.

To the second part of your question, i.e : continue to support my team even in vacation" I hope this would be a best answer.

1. When you plan for a vacation, you plan in advance about the instructions or guidance to be given to your team members since, you have well known their preceding so far (through their VP ledger). Inform them about your vacation and send each one of them appropriate, detail step by step instructions to proceed in your absence through individual emails.

2. You could have make a tutorial blog about the step by step instructions to be followed by your team members from start to full daily actions and circulate the blog among your team.

3. Plan to have video chat with your team members while you are in vacation and inform the details to them individually. (can plan skype chat, videochat in hangout etc.)

These methods can help you in your vacation and help you to work in SFI without any break to you or to your team members.

I am going to answer the last part of the question first as I consider it more important.
I am relatively new SFI, However all good management models require that you have a succession plan in place. You start by identifying and training the leaders within your team, you will teach them the value and advantage of duplication. You will encourage them to learn all they can about the business and teach them to effectively communicate this information to those whom they lead.
You will advise you’re up line of your plan to take leave and ask them to be available for your team in your absence. You will ensure that your team leaders are aware you will be unavailable for a period and give them the up line contact details and advise them that they are expecting contact should they have any queries or issues that they help with.
In the weeks leading up to my absence I would re-frame from actively looking for more PSA as these new members would need, special attention and this attention is time sensitive in that they may miss the importance on the Fast track program and the immediate contact with you their sponsor may mean that they have gone before you even know that they are part of you team.
As far as you are concerned ensure that you maintain your position by ensuring that 1500 VP order is place. You have placed yourself on vacation on the system.
Now importantly go on Holiday and have a great time knowing that you have developed your leader to look after their Business and in doing so looking after yours. Then come back happy and refreshed ready to build your business to even higher heights.

First, put your account in vacation mode. This way you will not be penalized for not coming in and doing your to do list.

I know some people have a standing order on this so make sure you do not have any outstanding members coming in from orders for PSA's/CSA's at TripleClicks.

Send a letter to your team and let them know what is going on. For your protection you can give approximate dates to when your vacation is going to be. Let them know you are not just standing them up and leaving.

Adjust your welcome letter that SFI sends to new affiliates. Put a note in: Currently I am on vacation, but will be contacting you as soon as I can. This way your other advertising for people to join SFI is not just lost.

You are going on vacation so you want to have fun as well as look after your team. Hats off to you as a leader.

Knowing that you are going on vacation means that you can prepare your team. Start by saying that you will be on vacation and for how long, that the Internet will not be available. (So your team does not feel deserted.)

What I would do, for at least twice the week before you leave, is send TeamMails to your team with plans. Give your team tips and things to do while you are gone. (I tell my team to research the black toolbar/menu bar on the SFI Homepage.) End your TeamMail on a positive note. Touch base with your team upon your return.

The best advice here is to put your SFI business on Vacation Mode if you are going away for sometime particularly to places where maybe because of Internet access limitations, you will not be able to do the business effectively.

However, be sure you have a well-funded Standing Order in place to help maintain your ranking and to keep your business viable while away. SFI is largely an online business and with limited or no Internet Access, I do not see how else you can support your downline from wherever you are.

A vacation message left on your email may help to keep down their anxieties while you are away letting them know exactly when you hope to be back.

I recently went out of town to a conference, and I took a tablet PC with me; it could tap into the hotel's wi-fi, and every night, I would still maintain my SFI position. If I didn't have that, I would have had to had someone log in for me and take over that role, which is something I honestly would not want to do.

If you can, get your affiliates' phone numbers so that you can set up a weekly meeting from somewhere--phone connection can substitute for e-mail if you don't have any internet ability. Failing that, you just have to let them know this situation.

As for everything else, make sure to have your Standing Order in place to keep at least an EA ranking in your absence, and that will keep you from getting too far behind.

Let me answer this interesting and challenging question in 2 ways.
1. Maintaining your SFI position
- Make sure you place an Standing Order of 1500VP and you have enough funds in your payment method (Paypal, Credit card, etc)
- If you have a limited access to internet, do as much daily login as you can and make sure you do the weekly and monthly actions
2. In terms of support to your team
- sending Team mailer once a week will just be good.
- before going on vacation, complte your Leadership page (your Blog, Best Tips)
- You can also create an Incentive porgram to make them active while you are away.

In today's world of the internet, I believe it is unusual not to have internet when you are on vacation - there will be some place which will either have a Wi-Fi connection or a cyber cafe would provide this facility or where you are vacationing, someone would have access to the internet.

In my view it is prudent to be able to keep in touch with your team members even if you are on vacation and this is the dedication they expect from you! I am sure that you can also arrange for a member of your family to support your business and help you while you are away and unless there is a emergency situation, they would be able to contact you and keep you informed of the happenings around your SFI business.

A lot also depends on for how long you are going to be on vacation and there are certain aspects of the business that your family may not be able to handle so I would strongly advise you to spare a few hours on vacation and try to log into your site.

Prior to leaving you should let your team know through your team mail that any pressing questions they may have they should contact their UPLINE located under the tab SUPPORT then they will see their UPLINE contact information.

In that same Team Mail out let them know when and how long you will be gone for and that you have limited Internet access just to keep them informed so that they don't think that you are an irresponsible sponsor. Even with limited Internet access make sure that you spend every day doing your to do list I was recently on vacation with limited access and I made sure that every day I did my to do list minimum, I wanted to keep up my versa points streak.

The bottom line is , this is your business and if you're going to be away you should let the appropriate people know, just like a business owner would do.
