Well,you'll never know 100%,but here are some indicators that may help you about that.

You'll know that your PSA is serious about this business,if he or she:

1. Log in daily and work (earn VP) daily.This is the basic condition.You see your PSA or CSA everyday on "mover's tab".
2. Becomes registered on Trippleclicks.
3. Become fast track member and has a standing order.
4. Listen what you say and follow your instructions.You can check that easily (by results).
5. Ask lots of good and constructive questions.Not the ones like "Can you do [something] instead of me?".
6. Take part in different aspects of SFI and Trippleclicks.For example:in Forum,in auctions,in W3 program,in playing games,in a2a networking....
7. Is ready to learn and adopts new knowledge fast.Here is vital to understand "compensation plan".
8. Puts the new knowledge fast in the practice.Which means forming his/hers own team (process of duplication) and bringing new ECA to Trippleclicks.
9. enter different contests here.The most important one is E365 (in which he or she is always above green line and eventually end up as a finalist).
10. Receives always new bonuses.Bonuses are given (by company or sponsor) only for something extra done.
11. Badges on his or her profile keep multiplying.Which are result of work done.
12. Is not demoralized or disappointed after first month's payment.
13. From the beginning has a POSITIVE view on all of this and work this job with love and joy.


All this above in one:
When you look at your PSA and you see that he or she is GROWING each and every day,and that process HAS NO END,that you'll know he or she's the right one.You found a gold mine,pay full attention to it!

This is pretty straight forward and I think there are different types of seriousness as building a successful SFI business, but the time frame with which to ascertain what stage of seriousness your PSAs and CSAs are also differ:

There are those who show seriousness from the beginning; they get their fast track badge, complete a great deal of their affiliate profile and within a very short while become EA, so any one will feel this category of team members is serious as beginners.

At this stage some of them are stalked and begin to ask you questions on how to go forward and they even reply your messages and ask for further explanations where necessary. Some will act on your guidance and move on while others will not and are gone. Those that move on will show some signs of additional seriousness; login daily and earn a minimum of 10 VP, ask relevant questions that demonstrate they are seriously learning, you may see them at the forum (but not necessarily), maybe at the Games and auctions, while they are starting to show interest on how to have a team, may be to become ECA, do sales and engage in transfer buying among others.

Subsequently some may begin to invest money in one way or the other to further enhance their opportunity of success; may set up a standing order, a growing team, bragging rights (badges), resilience in the face of adversity and gradually, may begin to see upward mobility (rank).

As you can see, these are different signs with different times to determine the seriousness of building a successful business, but the fundamental criteria in my opinion are consistency in working your SFI business and taking advantage of any opportunity that unfolds.

Although an affiliate may start at SFI with enthusiasm, hopes and dreams, Remember other factors may get in the way and affect their motivation level. Even a serious affiliate may become inactive after being active for sometime.

You may be able to assess an affiliate's plans for being successful by the amount of time spent online at SFI or by the actions taken soon after sgnup.

If you stay online at SFI, yourself for any length of time you can see which affiliates are online and for how long.

These are some signs that NEW Affilates are serious:
-If they log out and login several times a day in their first few days
-if they stay online at SFI for long periods
-If they start acquiring Versa Points fast.
-If they are willing and are able to spend some money for start-up costs.

If an affiliate has knowledge of Internet marketing or is already an Internet marketer(this information will be on their profile )and starts sponsoring soon after sign up, this may be a sign that he/she is serious. It could indicate that they already have knowledge about Internet income and SFI stands out.

If an affiliate contributes by sharing his/her knowledge and expertise about Internet income with others he may be in it to stay.

Good question! I think we can know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business if they do the following.

1. When they ask good questions how to make their business better.

3. When they use Tools which improve this business for example, S-Builder Co-op, Fast Tack, etc.

4. When they Login every day and complete their "To-Do List"

In SFI it is not easily identifiable to see which PSAs will perform well and which one will not. This holds true for CSAs. There have been times when I have felt that the PSA is very enthusiastic and will prove to be an asset to my business but it has turned out to be contrary to my expectation. In my 1 year, this has occurred twice so I would not have presumptions about any affiliate who joins SFI.

However there are indications that allow you to assess the PSA/CSAs capabilities and you can tell this from your Movers List, from your dialogue with them, from their questions and decisions, from their badges and their independent approach to SFI.

You can immediately know from the Movers List for how long the affiliate has stayed without logging in and this is the first indicator!

- Your Movers will appear on your list, day in day out and you will see that they are accumulating points and have not just logged in.

- Your Scoreboard counter will show you how many have placed a standing order and how many are dormant.

- Your Geneology will show you how many PSAs/CSAs and upto which level have accumulated how many points

Once the affiliate logs in to his/her SFI homepage daily, you know that there is commitment and you can be rest assured that you will find an active PSA. Although this is not a norm. I have a CSA who without fail placed his standing order but there are times he is off the grid for 5/6 days and makes it to EA status every month.

I think the best way to judge your PSAs/CSAs is to let them be in the business for at least 3 months and you would then be sure of their contribution to theirs and your success.

It can be difficult sometimes to determine who is really serious about this business. I know I had one BTL several months ago who was very serious about it, and then suddenly quit.

So, you never know what circumstances might happen to a person that would change their direction from being eager in this business to one who just gives up.

That being said, one thing to check on would be to look at their badges on their affiliate profile.

If they don't have at least an EA2 badge, they may not be serious yet. Also, look for a standing order badge for 1500VP. And, the EA Streak month badge and Daily VersaPoint Streak badge can be a great indication if they are serious or not.

Also, if they are serious business builders, I think they would appear on your My Movers tab.

I have a couple of CSA's who have an EA2 badge, TC Member 1500VP SO badge, and a great EA Streak badge going, but they never show up on My Movers because they rarely log in.

So, I don't look at those people as being very serious about building their SFI business compared to some other ones.

However, the fact that they continue to have a standing order suggests that maybe they are into several different programs, and just don't have the time to spend on SFI. But at least they are EA2 every month.

Plus, you can take a look at your genealogy and see how many VP's your PSA and CSA's are earning in a month. Just sort the list by Versa Points for the month in DSC order, and then filter with generation 1 and generation CS. That will give you a list of the highest VP earners on your team in the month, and they could be looked at being serious about building a successful SFI business.

Hi!

We can easily determine if the new PSA or CSA is really serious to become successful in SFI. Check:

1) If they have login to their Affiliate center and accomplish the GETTING STARTED ACTIONS,and get the VPs
2) If they have at least acknowledge your welcome email.
3) If at the very start, they have become a Fast Track member.
4) If they accomplish the daily TO DO LIST and regularly increase their VPs
5) If you see that they login DAILY after their signup
6) If they ask question or start posting their questions in the forum.
7) If you see that they are playing some of the games in TripleClicks
8) If you see that they accomplish all the actions in the VP Ledger.

Some or all of these maybe present but the most crucial is if after the second month of becoming an EA, he/she continues to login daily and accomplish all the Daily Actions and have an SO set up; then we can say that he/she is interested to succeed...

As we all know, PSAs and CSAs inactivity is a problem we all battle with on a daily basis in SFI. It is comforting to know that it is not only an SFI problem but of any internet business in general. Again, we are excited when we get PSAs and CSAs who are serious about building their SFI business.

At the time of sign up of a PSA or when a CSA is assigned, we are not able to tell those who would be getting serious about building their business but there are signs that can give you an indication of the seriousness of either your PSAs and CSAs as listed below.

1. FAST TRACK ~ When an affiliate makes Fast Track

2. Daily Versa Point Streak ~ Serious PSAs and CSAs log in every day to do daily tasks

3. Standing Order ~ You know a PSA/CSA is serious when they get a SO.

4. E365 Challenge ~ Serious PSAs and CSAs are always eager to qualify to the finals of the E365 challenge and possibly win it

5. Contact ~ The affiliates who are ready to build are in synch with their sponsor and co sponsor, they make contact and ask questions

6. Follow your footsteps ~ Those who want to build their SFI business will want to follow your steps. That is why it is important to lead by example

7. Wave 3 program ~ They join the Wave 3 program without you prompting them.

8. Top Author votes ~ They give their own answers to ASK SC questions

9. Forum ~ They always visit the forum and try to assist others by answering the forum questions

10. Promote and Sponsor ~ They start team building as quickly as possible by promoting both SFI and TripleClicks

Though, this list is not exhaustive, it could give you an indication of those PSAs and CSAs who are serious about building a viable SFI business. All you need to do is, see the signs and continue to encourage them while you lead by example.

This is very good question and answer on that will be the answer for 1M$.

For new PSA or CSA is the vital sign Fast-Track and question what they ask because from question you can see is they are the reader or just a tourist here but don't be a judge because everybody has different activation point.You work with the workers, sing lullaby to sleepers and stay away from dreamstealers.

From my POV the main thing for little older PSA or CSA (couple of days or weeks) is daily tasks (TO-DO list)because if you can't come in your office every day to work simple thing and introduce yourself with news about your team job and with company news,visit your store to do simple games,shoping or visiting your own ECA store than what you can do.
It takes small amount of time from your day but can give you much more.

For the ones older than month good sign is to become EA2 or BTL and a very vital sign for you and for them is the badge TC MEMBER 1500VP SO.It can be interpret like investment but I rather like to look at SO as the signal to my sponsor and uplines that I'm the one who will be another team leader in their team and for my team it will be the sign that they can follow my steps because I duplicate rules of success from my uplines to me and can transfer it to downlines.

This is only my view and there is another views but you must find your own way to recognize the signals from your PSA's on how fasts or strong they want to work because we are all unique.
