Support and motivation depends more on satisfying their needs than it does on the outcomes themselves. Good incentives, whether in the form of T-Credits, PSAs, or shares of a cooperative can make a bigger difference than actually demanding anything... but you have to know your team members well first.

Elicit responses from them, know what interests them most, whether through SFI/TripleClicks or through outside hobbies. When someone understands that you're on his or her side, you can develop a good working relationship.

Elicit information on their needs, as well. This does not mean paying for everything for them, but rather their informational needs. Help them find ways to get what they need. That will enable them to follow your lead that much better.

Now, if you can't elicit a response, well, there's not too much you can do about that because that means they've effectively tuned you out. At that point, you just need to move on.

There are two 'rules of thumb' in this situation to keep in mind.

First, let their behavior be your guide. If they are working (which you can verify by checking your Movers tab and your genealogy reports), be sure to let them know that you are there to assist them as needed, and answer promptly when they do ask for assistance. Celebrate their milestones with an e-card or a brief note congratulating them on their achievements. But if they are not working, there is no need to bombard them with messages. Keep them in your group mailings, and check in with them once in a while (say, every three months) but respect their decision to be inactive. Of course, should that change, they should be welcomed and given all the support and assistance they require.

Secondly, how would you react to the kind of assistance you have in mind? Are you uncomfortable with being contacted with offers of assistance every three days? Do you need a team email sent daily? If YOU are not comfortable with it, more likely than not your team members would not be comfortable with it, either.

The best ways to interact with your team always follow common sense rules- be polite, be friendly and helpful, and be willing to assist whenever it is needed. Your team will follow your lead!

First of all, it is important to show them what they are able to achieve by working at SFI. Show them your or other people's success and tell them that by being persistent and doing a little every day they can acquire even greater success. If so many people can succeed, why can't they?

Secondly, motivate them through gifts and words of encouragement. Tell them they are doing great if they are and send them e-cards when they achieve something important. You can even reward them with TCredits or gift certificates if you are able to.

Finally, keep in contact with them. If they know that somebody is always keeping check on them and cheering them on they will continue to feel motivated and keep advancing.

An even better way to motivate them is to help them build their SFI business in depth. When you sponsor someone help them to sponsor two or three people and start working with them.

Conduct weekly training as this will provide helpful information and motivation for your team members.

Recognize both big and small achievements of your team members by congratulating them through e-cards etc.

Organise contests, challenges and incentives for them. These can take the form of gift certificates, T-Credits and reassignments if they recruit their first EA, become a TL, sponsor X number of affiliates in a month etc.

You have to be a good leader in order to motivate them by leading by example and keep the communication lines open to support them.

You want to keep them? Create contests, give creative gifts, and treat them well! Hard work is hard work. Recognize it!
Being turned off is a personal problem. Teach yourself to wait patiently and pay attention. Learn to listen while you wait. Believe and know that SFI works. Everything takes time.

One of the most important rules is to be truly Leader (leader). If you want to have a good team of people, should lead by example. That would imply that you're not doing anything that you would not like to do your members.

How to do it:

-taking actions, not words - show them that you have achieved something, do not just tell them what can be achieved.
-spread positive - if you do not want to have every day fewer members or the entire team negatively charged, try to wake up the positive in people. Distract their attention from negative thoughts, encourage them at any time, praise them for every success - keep positive!
-Reduce your speed is not - it is not desirable to force something impossible or persuade someone to do, but it is also not desirable or slow events. If it is possible to achieve something now, do not make it clear that there is time for it, do not hinder their people to do if they really want to. Such an approach creates a team that is always something defer, which is nowhere in a hurry, and such at the end of time go slower and give up - why - because they did not have time to do anything. It is desirable from time to time a bit of a boost when you see that someone has the will to work.
-Learning - leaders are those who learn, leaders are those who know more and that this knowledge every day "food". Learn your job, try to get as much improved and show that knowledge. No one will be considered a leader if you answer the question with "I do not know anything about it, look for an answer elsewhere." If you are a leader, try it and show your knowledge.

I normaly motivate my team mebers

by reading VersaPoint Ledger and send what to do where is the gap.

For new members weekly reminds to act weekly action.

Begining of Month I normally send group mail to all of my team members

what to do for the daily to month ending -

1) Rate the sponsorer and Co-sponsorer.
2) Fix your goal for the month.
3) Verify Standing Order if not create TCredit as per Target requirement.
4) Daily Action Point
5) Weekly Action Point
6) Monthly Action Point.
7) Attend Answer for ASK SC Question to get VP.
8) Attend daily TConnect.
9) Attend Forum and read what others facing and solution.
10) Keep in Mind Action Versa Point to Achieve BTL/STL/PTL.
11) Play Games
12) Read ACK SC 30.

Never ask your team members to spend money, even though investing in SFI is a good way to build the business, if you ask them to spend they may feel that they are simply paying your wage. They will spend when they have come to believe in SFI.

One good way to motivate your team is to run a contest through your leadership page, you'll need to offer a prize, t-credits or a co-op share for instance. Decide what you want your affiliates to do, but remember you need to be able to check it, so it could be sponsoring affiliates, making sales, or if you team is very young it could be as simple as logging on every day. Along with the contest add the offer of help, for instance : Want to enter the team building contest, but don't know how to advertise, ask me for help.

I MOTIVATE my team by showing them that they can succeed.. I can show them my successes but that doesn't mean anything to them so I create successes for THEM.. I send them PSA's once in a While, I show them easy ways to make sales or get PSA's..
