As long as you send your mail messsages through the SFI system, the message will reach the PSA or CSA; PROVIDED THAT the PSA or CSA has whitelisted the [email protected] e-mail sender in their mailbox. This is because all addresses submitted to SFI in their database is verified, and furthermore, you send your message / mail to a linked address.
Well I guess the way how we can see the response when our team members are receiving your messages and or emails will be when their emails are good and does not bounce back or block you on their list and to take it a step further you could also try doing some quiz or poll or questions to elicit answers or input from them to clicking some links and maybe reward the best 5 suggestions or replies with say 10 TCs each to gauge and encourage response and interest in your emails and also make sure that they are well thought and written with quality takeaways and no information overload just keep it simple short and sweet .

Im unsure of how to confirm how team members received my emails other then emailing each affiliate individually, and maintaining a mailing list within my email program and updating it on a regular basis.
If they reply to our emails, we definitely know they read the email, but other then that, I personally dont know of any way otherwise.
I would continue in your persistence with your communications with your affiliates, if your trying to contact particular PSA's I would suggest emailing them individually from your email provider. This way, they will know you are contacting them personally, and you will know when they reply.

It's easy, you get mail from your up line! They send you up dates, to make sure you are doing well, and they want you to succeed like them?
Plus you know doubt talk your own team members thus boosting in what ever way you can
to do well here at SFI & in Triple clicks that's how you know they are getting mail you send out!
You also get mail via SFI for other query's you ask so don't worry they are getting your mail
but some Maybe blocking mail using a spam blocker, but they are the foolish one!

Close the end of your email asking your PSA's and Csa's to contact you with any questions. If you get a few answers back then you can not only confirm that they have received the email theese are the affiliates you will want to concentrate your efforts with as they are clearly reading and trying to learn. Do not be afraid to reach out with an individual and personal note or e-card to them members appearing in your Movers list.
Well, that's an important question when you see PSAs/CSAs are not much active.
I had the same question and what I do is every time new CSAs or PSAs come under me, I used to send separate email and ensure I do not get delivery failure notification.
Again, to join SFI business, all affiliates must provide valid email address and hope this issue is taken care at the first stage itself.
Unfortunately, you cannot send a read request like Outlook and other email software clients but if you get a reply, it means they received it. In addition, if you send a email and you see that a team member has logged in, this is usually a good sign that they logged in to read your message. Sometimes team members read your email in there inbox but don’t log in.
In this work, we all went voluntarily.
Also if someone will read e-mail or message, is his choice.
There is not much to do.
I personally send mail and messages and expect a response.
Sometimes the members of the messages do not react - there's nothing we can.
We have with such members to be patient.
Good Luck!
