What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

Good question.You have to understand that everyone makes an informed decision when they join SFI so it is also upon an individual to make progress towards success.First of all be calm and keep motivated yourself so that you can be able to persistantly encourage and train your affiliates to be productive.If they can not recruit affiliates on their own show them other duplication methods available in SFI such as purchasing PSA from profit global or Triple clicks.They can also buy an S build co op and

You can show him just by their example or examples of success in general. If he does not want to participate in this, that, I think you can do nothing. For this job is important mutual will. Your desire to help, and to the side of your affiliate, there should be willingness and effort to succeed. If it is missing, it is not your fault.

There's even a theory that does not have a team, in order to reach the TL position. That's right, you can compensate by buying the required points, but

So first i have to say that this go from person to person, i think that making the team is one of the most beneficial and most important things in this job.

So you should try telling them all advantage of having a team, and just help them understand that.

The best thing you can do to such PSAs is to encourage them to achieve EA status each month, hence the can be eligible to earn some income from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

You also encourage them to learn more on SFI through reading the SFI BASICS tab and they will eventually see that in order to achieve maximum benefits from SFI, they must engage in DUPLICATION.

Hi,

This is a great question.. Hope the below would provide some idea to handle it.

Firstly, if your PSA has been informed about SFI business and he understands clearly as to how SFI works and make money, this question would not have arisen.

However, you can still motivate him by generating some sales and with the commission you get, get him some gifts that would encourage him to build a team.

There is nothing you really can do do if an affiliates does not want to duplicate.You can how ever show them examples of what duplication can do for his /her business.
Example inform him/her when you duplicate you earn more .From ALL
PSAs you earn 45% CV of product as direct commissions.
So if you have 100 active PSAs who have standing order let say giving you $8 DC you are

You can do the same like with others: try to have a good communications, make a connection and friendly relationship if they let you. One thing is sure: you will have no success by pressure. If they don't won't to do duplication you can not make them to do. But you can try: give them an information what business they can develop here, which opportunities offer SFI but don't waste to much time on them, don't forget your workers.

Tell him that duplication is key to success in this business. That basically his job is to build up team, that he is paid for teaching new members how to work.
Help them in any way you can to make advertising for him easier. Help him to set up better greeting message and to make good blog.
If you are team leader make some collective conference online to talk with your team, to answer to their question. You can help to your PSAs members and your downline if their sponsors aren't willing

Please ask them why they don´t want to do this, may be they are trying it and it´s not working. If that the case, tell them to be Patient and work with them to try all the methods necesary to gain this goal. If they acept this decision, invest your time to suport them. If they realy intensionaly or lazily don´t want to do this, don´t waist your time on them coz you can only help People who are helping themselves and seeking for suport. Good question , do not want , or do not know how?
I do not think the activity is not that they do not want , but they do not know . Should offer help . Concrete . Let's do this, this and this . All explained , patiently , step by step.
Someone SFI understand faster and knows what to do and how to be . Most do not know . If you ask , the answer is usually the sponsor - read this and that , and did so. It did not help !
